Abstract: The importance of secondary education has been becoming more crucial than ever. Developing countries always pay great deals of attention to this in order to strengthen the quality form the very beginning of the early ages of nation. This article explains the issues of supplying general education schools in Uzbekistan’s southern provinces during the years of independence, lack of teachers on the subject, problems of improving pedagogical cadres and ways to overcome them.
