Abstract: This paper provides an overview of the interdisciplinary study of human cognition, psychology, knowledge management and artificial intelligence (AI). An effort has been made to comprise the relationship (KM) of human cognition, behaviour and organizational knowledge with Artificial Intelligence. It has also given a description of the application of AI in KM for organizational effectiveness and customer affiliation and e-commerce.
