Abstract: According to the present technology commonly used manually operated devices or machines to cut the grass. In this project we introduce the smart grass cutting machine. The machine consisting of rotating blades operated by the DC motor, trolley to store the grass, hurdle removal and the system is operated by the electrical energy provided by the battery, and the solar panel is used to charge the battery. The main aim of the smart grass cutting device is to provide the operation of grass cutting at the desired area input by the user. This machine is designed to cut the grass at the desired height. Grass cutting employing a rotary blade which is rotated along the vertical axis are known as rotary mover. The requirement of electricity is increasing day by day at an alarming rate due to use of electrical gadgets and the growing amount of industries and the machines. Solar energy is a best alternative source of the energy.

Numerical Examination on the Effect of Internal Fluid Presssure on the Hydrodynamic Response of a Marine Riser

Abstract: Marine risers are long slender structures which links the floating vessel on the sea surface and its manifold on the sea bottom. It acts as a transportation means for the hydrocarbon resources underneath the sea bed. A riser mainly undergoes hydrodynamic loading which leads to Vortex induced vibrations (VIV) or Flow induced vibrations. These are motions induced on bodies interacting with an external fluid flow producing periodic irregularities on the flow which leads to fatigue damage of offshore oil exploration and production risers. Therefore, suppressing of VIV by providing helical strakes, fairings etc. is necessary in order to reduce the fatigue damage of risers due to hydrodynamic loading. The present paper deals with the numerical study on the response of a marine riserdue to the effect of internalfluid pressure. The initial work is carried out in ANSYS ICEM CFD software. The CFD solution after analysis is obtained from ANSYS FLUENT. The hydrodynamic effects like lift and drag forces along with motion responses is obtained.

The information security requirements that are well aligned with the business needs are essential for a secured design that may enhance product viability and return on investment (RoI) factor. Hence the strategic reasoning for information security models are implemented to unravel the issues of information security requirements based on the environments and development of business applications. The sensitive information in any business organization could be leaked by a poor planning system with various vulnerable policies to ensure that planned actions occur. Abstract: In the recent days, there are rapid advancements in the web 2.0 contents (texts, images and videos) and in the computational complexity. The next generation in computing is predictably in the mobile arena. A lot of applications are being developed to cater the needs of mobile device users. This research is based on the question: How can we benefit from the rapidly proliferating web 2.0 contents in the mobile device with staggering technological developments? This paper presents a surprisingly impressive novel dynamic multimedia encyclopedia, multimedia, that augments reality on the mobile device. This system supersedes the traditional texts or maps retrieved. A group of estimation and sensors to track objects and keep information on them used. An augmented reality based multimedia encyclopedia on mobile device which is dynamic is presented. It is dynamic and mines resources on the web. We demonstrate how this device can be utilized to bring relevant information to users in a much more enriched manner than traditional texts. ARM is dynamic and is distinctive in 3 ways. It fetches multimedia contents for users through automated intuition and dynamically updates content from the web. It uses recent multimedia content to produce answers which are versatile. New mediums like videos & languages can be incorporated into the framework. This system takes advantage of the mobile camera, location and orientation sensors to augment reality. Live camera view and retrieve dynamic data. A Combination of algorithms is used to analyze and demonstrate our ARM.

Abstract: The objective of the work is to propose a formal technique encompassing the logic and the illogic involved in the security of information science. The received or collected information about the existing or past security incidents in business processes is to be identified for their correctness and preciseness. The emphasis on various segments of the information is analyzed as per the intention of the informer and the involvement of the recipient. The expectation and the acceptance of business information is quantitatively modeled so as to take a correct decision with the proposed logics when multiple business processes handling variety of information with different truth factors are collaborated. The logical deduction, abduction and induction techniques are applied to minimize the vagueness and ambiguity factors. The preciseness of the present information and the emphasis of the past information related to security are formally used to predict the reality of future information security incidents in a business scenario.

Abstract: Paper Setup must be in A4 size with Margin: Top 0.7”, Bottom 0.7”, Left 0.65”, 0.65”, Gutter 0”, and Gutter Position Top. Paper must be in two Columns after Authors Name with Width 8.27”, height 11.69” Spacing 0.2”. Whole paper must be with: Abstract: Time is a crucial factor in medical casualties. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) takes longer time leading to life loss, whether it’s about an accident, out of hospital cardiac arrest (OOHCA) or drug delivery during the disaster. This paper proposes an efficient way to overcome this limitation by providing a medical aid aerially via a Multipurpose Medical Drone. A Quad-copter reaches the fatality spot employing GPS, carrying a payload containing components like AED (automatic external defibrillator), ECG, Temperature and Respiratory sensor to measure critical human body parameters. The measured values will be transmitted to a nearby hospital telemetrically using GSM or Wi-Fi for analyzing a patient’s condition beforehand and for diagnosis. It can also be used to carry blood sample, critical drug depending on the situation. Drone aid can be got using the helpline or an app where location and the particularities describing the situation is entered and the aid is rendered to the required spot. This assistance can save lives preserving the precious seconds and reduces the death toll in casualties.

Participative decisionmaking is important concept.. People are dependent to one another. Nobody live without others help directly or indirectly .Participative decision making is the extent to which employers allow or encourage employees to share or participate in organizational decision making(probust 2005). The objective of this paper is to find out, why we implement participative decision making in all the organizations. It is a literature review paper. Abstract: In Internet over established communication medium a packet in a network transmit data where users and data server with specific IP addresses interacted each other. Recent years, this peer to peer data communication also called as client – server data communication. Modern applications like YouTube, Social Networks and Bit Torrent have revolutionized the idea of user generated contents. The end users care only for precise data items irrespective of their sources. So, the importance is based on precise data called as named data rather than using IP addresses to recognize servers hosting a meticulous content. Likewise, necessity of IP addresses is a demanding issue persistent the Internet community. Due to content-centric networking platform, in which data has less importance, and proposed new terminology called Named Data Networking. NDN allows end users to float a new data request without any awareness about the end user host. Compare to Internet services NDN can handle security issues and user mobility, more efficiently. In this paper, we surveyed different network issues and security attacks in Named Data Networks and its counter measures and also we identified a set of current challenges in NDN for budding researchers in due course.

Abstract: It is a well-known fact that all the Artificial Intelligence (AI)researches happening across multiple verticals such as Neuro Imaging, Computer Vision, Deep learning etc point to one master goal of modelling the human brain function by understanding how each part of the brain works. The Convolution neural network (CNN) is one of best deep architecture suitable to handle variety of inputs. In this paper we explore the different types of input data the CNN deep architecture can process and some of the CNN configuration changes that has proved good Accuracy. We have highlighted those specialized CNN architectures along with different types of data inputs they handle including the Functional Magnetic Resonance (fMRI) Neuro Image brain data input.

Dominant Lexicon Based Bi-LSTM for Emotion Prediction on a Text

Abstract: User-generated content and opinionative data has become a massive source of information on World Wide Web in the past few decades. Through social media people can share more conveniently their opinions, views, feelings and attitude about a product, person or event at anytime and anywhere as daily basis. This ever-growing subjective data makes enormous amount of unstructured data in web. Analyzing emotion in this raw unstructured data gives a very fruitful information for any kind of decision making process taken by both government and industries. Sentiment or emotion analysis is a field of Natural Language Processing (NLP), is used to identify the emotion depicted (by) in the form of text. Computation of emotion and emotion intensity depicted by a text is a very difficult task. Feature extraction from the text for vector representation is a difficult step of emotion analysis because it defines the emotion accuracy of the prediction. In this paper, a selective lexicon based BI-LSTM technique has been proposed. This technique uses only the most affected lexicon and its features for final vector representation. This method is a combination of features collected from the convolutional Neural Network (CNN), Long Short Term Memory (Conv – LSTM) and Bidirectional Long Short Term Memory (BI-LSTM). As a result the proposed model Selective Lexicon Based BI-LSTM (SL + BI-LSTM) outperforms all the models with high accuracy.
