Abstract: Solar photovoltaic-thermal (PVT) is an integrated system that produces both electrical and thermal energy simultaneously consist of PV module with heat extracting media for example water or air. The performance of the photovoltaic (PV) module depends upon the operating temperature of the PV module. The problem of non-uniform cooling of PV module can be solved by controlling the operating temperature of PV module systematically therefore, an automatic cooling system using Arduino integrated with PV module has been proposed. A theoretical model in term of heat transfer process analysis and simulation was developed to predict overall thermal-electrical conversion performances of Photovoltaic-Thermal (PVT) water system. The experimental validation of the used thermal and electrical model has been carried out by measured data. The result shows there is a good agreement between experimental and simulated results. This paper presents the electrical and thermal performance evaluation of Photovoltaic Module Integrated with Automatic Cooling System Using Arduino and comparing its performance with conventional solar PV system.

Abstract: With the recent developments in Internet of Things (IoT) and the increase of smartphone users, patient’s health can be monitored without visiting the hospital for medical services. Nowadays, the cost of healthcare is high and insufficient of workforce in the hospital caused the patient unwilling to visit the hospital. The proposed work is to design a monitoring system using sensor and microcontroller to be used by the patients at their place (eg. home). This paper discusses the designing process of the framework. This system will allow the patient to measure their pulse rate and body temperature by using sensors and data collected from the sensor are integrated by using a microcontroller. These acquired patients data could be viewed in mobile application. In addition, the system will provide features such as consultation or chat facility and medical reminder to further improve the feasibility of patients’ health care system.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a Content Based Voice Retrieval(CBVR) is used to search a specific audio files from a large data base. Using Deep learning features are learned automatically in the training phase. Convolution Neural Network is used in this research for CBVR. On this paper, we recommend a novel technique to key word search(KWS) in low-resource languages, which presents an replacement method for retrieving the phrases of curiosity, in particular for the out of vocabulary (OOV) ones. Our procedure contains the approaches of question-by using-illustration retrieval tasks into KWS and conducts the hunt by the use of the subsequence dynamic time warping (sDTW) algorithm. For this, text queries are modeled as sequences of function vectors and used as templates within the search. A Convolution neural network-headquartered model is informed to gain knowledge of a frame-degree distance metric to be used in sDTW and the right question model frame representations for this realized distance. This new procedure can be used as a substitute to traditional LVCSR-situated KWS programs, or in combination with them, to attain the intention of filling the gap between OOV and in-vocabulary (IV) retrieval performances.

Abstract: Communicative technologies in professional educational institutions form the basis for the activation of the educational process, contribute to the improvement of the level of formation of competencies of graduates. The purpose of the article is the consideration the effective experience of the implementation of communication technologies in professional educational institutions to identify the main functional aspects with subsequent usage in the educational process. The paper describes the experience of formation of professional competencies with usage communication technologies to students of higher education institutions enrolled in the master’s program in the direction of training 44.04.04 “Vocational training (by industry)”, profile – “Management of educational systems”. The authors rely on the included competence of the Federal state educational standard “the ability to use modern communication technologies”, which is proposed to form through the usage of various communication technologies in the training of graduates. The authors reveal the most frequently used in the educational process types: discussion, case, project, electronic and other types of technologies. Features of application and realization of each type are allocated. Presented the criteria for assessing the performance of students’ tasks (on the complex module “Theory and methodology of vocational education”) in the framework of the implementation of these technologies. The aspects identified in the process of analyzing the experience of usage communication technologies can be taken into account in the further improvement of the process of implementing communication technologies in higher education and better formation of competencies.

Abstract: Fraud detection is an enduring topic that pose a threat to the information security systems. Data mining helps detect and rapidly identify fraud and take instant action to reduce losses. It analysis the various forms of attacks through classifications algorithms of data mining. In this dissertation the data set of NSL-KDD is examined in identifying anomalies in network traffic patterns and the importance of various classification techniques is studied. Firstly the data is classify in two classes Normal and Anomaly and after then the anomaly data categories in various Attack forms i.e Probe, U2R, R2L, DOS to detect the fraud. The analysis performed through feature selection and classification techniques present in WEKA tool of data mining. The features are extracted through feature selection (CfsSubsetEval, InfoGain, FilterSubsetEval and FilterAttributeEval) methods from 41 attributes to 11 attributes using CfsSubsetEval with best first Search and after extraction the features the classification algorithms(Naïve Bayes, RC, RT, RF and DT) applied for finding Accuracy. The best Result in terms of Accuracy is finding through the voting method using Random Committee and Random Forest is 99.94%.

Abstract: Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a neuro-degenerative disorder which is characterised functional and cognitive deficits that take place progressively. Early detection of the AD is important for the therapy to be early and this may slow down the disease and its progression. For the purpose of bringing about an improvement to the incidence of early detection of the AD, there may be certain Normal Controls (NC) that is based on the structural analysis of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). In fact, an early detection of the AD by means of using an MRI can help both patients, as well as physicians, to a great extent since it is of a low cost and is also a procedure that is non-invasive providing objective diagnosis by avoiding human errors. This has been connected to the accumulation of the amyloid and the tau proteins found in the brain which is probably the commonest cause for a case of dementia and also accounts for almost 70% of cases of dementia. The MRI is an extremely promising technique in terms of detection of functional or structural brain differences observed among both these patient populations. For the purpose of this work, there had been a new survey that had been made for the identification of a new case of Alzheimer’s disease by means of using the MRI images. Index Terms:

Abstract: Clustering is widely used technique for grouping of data objects based on similarity features. The similarity features are derived from the similarity or dissimilarity metrics like Euclidean, cosine etc. Traditional clustering methods such as k-means, and other graph-based techniques are major techniques for discovery of clusters. However, these methods require user interference for determining the number of clusters initially. Determining the number of clusters for given data is known as cluster tendency. There is chance for getting poor clustering results when using either k-means or graph-based clustering methods with intractable value of ‘k’ by user. Thus, it is required to focus on cluster tendency methods for knowing prior knowledge about number of clusters in clustering. This paper presents the various visual access tendency (VAT) methods for good assessment of number of clusters.

Abstract: In today’s era of telemedicine, data and graphical records are required to be transmitted over noisy, power limited and band limited channels. The effective compression is the best alternate to save time and bandwidth. For Electromyogram (EMG) signal, that are huge in data size, must be compressed in such a way so that can be recovered with minimum alterations. This work focused on the tuneable method to compress EMG signals, with linear and non linear transforms. The analysis is based upon compression factor (CF) and percentage root mean square difference (PRD). The results helps to conclude that non linear transform method have precedence over the linear transforms for almost entire range of user defined PRD (UPRD).
