Abstract: The purpose of current study is to examine the most preferred investment option among institutional investor in India and analysis the factors which impact their investment strategy in India. The study also attempts to better understand the impact of certain demographic factors such as age, area of operation, type of operation, asset under management, experience and qualification on the behaviour of institutional investor in India .A semi structured questionnaire was used to obtain a total of 30 valid responses was collected from January 2019 to March 2019. Cronbach alpha test and normality test was used to check reliability and consistency in the responses. Descriptive Analysis was done for various variables. Result was presented in the tabular form.

Abstract: Rainfall is important for food production plan, water resource management. India is an agricultural country and its economy [1],[ 3],[5]is largely based upon productivity. Thus rainfall prediction becomes a significant factor in agricultural countries like India. On the growing importance of Rainfall studies in the climate change scenario and High Performance Computing, different Users starting from a farmer to a scientist to a policy maker needs the rainfall prediction well in advance for their application like crop planning, water storage etc. Data discovery from temporal, spatial and spatio- temporal data is critical for rainfall analysis. However, recent growth in observations and model outputs, combined with the increased availability of geographical data, presents new opportunities for the users to implement new techniques such as predictive analytics for developing a predictor which can be used for multi-scale forecasting of rainfall that is from 24 hour forecast to long-range forecast say 2-3 month in advance forecast. Hence we developed predictive analytics system for the efficient and real time prediction of rainfall over India. [2 ],[ 4],[6].

Abstract: Recently, many businesses are transforming themselves from a conventional financial perspective to a competency based; strategic perspective. Sustainability is one of the main strategy aspects of present corporate world. Environmental issues have already been widespread as one of the main components of the business sustainability. Hence, numerous organizations in most of the industries are implementing a proactive and strategic environmental performance programs to gain competitive advantage such as green human resource management (GHRM). However, investment in GHRM practices will have not only a direct effect on environmental performance, but also an indirect effect through several mediating variables because of the nature underlying the green HRM practices concept. Studies in GHRM literature has paid scarce attention to the identification of preceding organizational capabilities that could inspire the adoption of environmental performance programs. Grounded by hotel industry in Malaysia as the hotel industry is one of the sectors which largely contribute to the environmental issues. This study utilized a research model to determine how the GHRM bundle through organizational citizenship behaviour towards environment (OCBE) will help to enhance the environmental performance in Malaysia’s hotel industry.

Abstract: In construction field the labours are the back bone of the site work as well as all sort of work which is executed in the construction. Labours plays a major role in deciding the success of the project and the labour factor also plays a major role in time deciding of the completion of the project. As there is a requirement of more number of labours the wages provided to them are been less when compared to other state. The labours from other state is also are employed more when compare to the native state labour though they are paid less when compared to the native state labours. In this study a junction where the labours are more in numbers are chosen for the surveying from them and with the details collected from them are been used to analysis their current scenario and their present situation in the construction field. In this study the maximum labours chosen for survey are mason are of 70% from the total survey. Further, the paper brings up that the expansion in labor profitability has not been converted into expanded development in genuine wages, especially for easygoing specialists. The Minimum wages Act is inadequately actualized, especially in rustic zones. Subsequently, there is a need to make game plans for the compelling execution of this Act. In general, the paper contends that the low degree of wages and the expanding wage differential crosswise over various portions of the work market have brought about across the board destitution among specialists, especially development works.
