The research team used machine learning models to classify Vietnamese reviews on products on the e-commerce platform as positive or negative. To classify and evaluate the effectiveness of Support Vector Machine (SVM), Random Forest, Logistic Regression machine learning models on different platforms, the authors have built their own training and test data sets as well as a set of stopwords to classify Vietnamese web reviews [9].
