Two main system parameters, resonance frequency, and total damping, are explored in a novel way. The resonance frequency, the proportion of total damping contributed by electromagnetic coupling, and overall compliance all have quantitative relationships with the system's electroacoustic efficiency. Achieving a flat magnitude response, a key goal in this study is approached from a fresh perspective. We use these parameters to optimize the loudspeaker's low-frequency performance with WinISD speaker design software for Windows, a significant finding that will significantly benefit the field of audio technology.
