Day to day developing new technologies and increasing number of users share information with each other, securing information is becoming more important. For securing information, there are several techniques out of which most common is cryptography. Cryptography is a technique involving securing transmission of messages in presence of adversaries. The basic aim is to hide the information from unauthorized users. Cryptography includes to phases: encryption of plain message and decrypting encrypted message. The aim of this paper is to use new integral transform &quot;Kamal transform&quot; and congruence modulo operator involving ASCII value for encryption and decryption of message.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>3448</first_page>     <last_page>3450</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.L2592.1081219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/L25921081219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Epidemiology of Sarcoidosis in the Precarpathian region of Ukraine</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Phtisiology and Pulmonology with the course of occupational diseases, Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Mykola M.</given_name>      <surname>Ostrovskyy</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Iryna O.</given_name>       <surname>Savelikhina*</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Phtisiology and Pulmonology with the course of occupational diseases, Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Oleksandr I.</given_name>       <surname>Varunkiv</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Phtisiology and Pulmonology with the course of occupational diseases, Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Kostiantyn V.</given_name>       <surname>Shvets</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Phtisiology and Pulmonology with the course of occupational diseases, Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Kseniia M.</given_name>       <surname>Ostrovska</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Phtisiology and Pulmonology with the course of occupational diseases, Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine.</organization>   </contributors>
Despite considerable advances in modern medicine, it must be admitted that sarcoidosis is still a disease with unknown etiology, hardly predictable clinical course and, as a result, it is characterized by a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to patient management. We have studied the morbidity and prevalence rates of sarcoidosis of respiratory organs in Precarpathian region for a 5-year period on the basis of information provided by district and city pulmonologists, phthisiologists and general practitioners for the period of 2011-2015. The incidence of sarcoidosis in Precarpathian region is on average 2.8 new cases per 100 thousand adults per year, which exceeds the corresponding indices not only in the southern (1.1 per 100 thousand adults), but also in the northern (2.6 per 100 thousand) regions of Ukraine. The prevalence of active sarcoidosis reaches 5.0 cases per 100,000 people; the disease incidence in the north of the region is 1.5 times higher as compared with the southern regions. In the territories with increased man-made load the mortality rate is 2.5 times higher than the average index registered in the region, while the prevalence rate is 1.9 times higher, correspondingly. Summing up the results of the study it may be concluded that sarcoidosis has long ceased to be a rare disease and the morbidity and prevalence rates of this ailment depend on geographical and environmental factors.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>3375</first_page>     <last_page>3379</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.L2596.1081219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/L25961081219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Implementation of Single Phase SRF based Dynamic Voltage Restorer in Distribution System for Power Quality Improvement.</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Student, M.Tech, POWER Systems (EEE), GRIET, Hyderabad, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Laasya Reddy</given_name>      <surname>Yalaka*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Vinay Kumar</given_name>       <surname>AWAAR</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Associate Professor, Department of Electrical &amp; Electronics Engineering, GRIET, Hyderabad, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. Praveen</given_name>       <surname>JUGGE</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Professor, Electrical &amp; Electronics Engineering Department, GRIET, Hyderabad, India.</organization>   </contributors>
Power Quality (PQ) is becoming an important issue as the increase in electricity use continues. Reduction in the quality of electrical power is due to various kinds of voltage related problems such as voltage sag, voltage swell, short-lived interruptions, harmonic distortions, notches, flickers, spikes and transients. The major power quality problems in single phase system are voltage sag and harmonics. The Mitigation of voltage sag and harmonics in single phase system under the distorted power supply situations was effectively eliminated with Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR). The single-phase SRFT (Synchronous Reference Frame Theory) was implemented in the controller design for DVR. DVR will produce required amount of instantaneous voltage to be injected. Designed controller technique will utilize the function of Moving Average Filter (MAF) for getting the fundamental quantity of positive sequence component from the disturbed supply voltage. Experimental results of DVR prove its effectiveness to mitigate voltage sag and harmonics during disturbed power supply condition.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>3451</first_page>     <last_page>3456</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.L2601.1081219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/L26011081219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Mathematical Modeling and Simulation of Junction less Dual Material Double Gate MOSFET with Various Work Functions</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, Department of ECE, Dr. Sivanthi Aditanar College of Engineering, Tiruchendur, Tamilnadu, India</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>S.</given_name>      <surname>Darwin*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr.T.S.Arun</given_name>       <surname>Samuel</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Associate Professor, Department of ECE, National Engineering College, Kovilpatti, Tamilnadu, India</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr.E.Muthu</given_name>       <surname>Kumaran</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, Department of ECE, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Port Blair, Andaman &amp; Nicobar Islands, India</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. J.</given_name>       <surname>Deny</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Associate Professor, Department of ECE, Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education, Tamilnadu, India,</organization>   </contributors>
In view of the 2-Dimensional game plan of Poisson's condition, a material science-based model of Double Gate Dual Material Junction less (DGDMJNL) Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET) is made. The proposed algorithm dynamically partitions the Heterogeneous Wireless Sensor Network (HWSN) in to clusters. On the basis of initial energy, the cluster head (CH) is selected in the first round and residual energy with low draining rate protocol (RELDR) is used in the next round for selecting CH. The CH senses and aggregates the data, these summarized data is processed between the clusters and the link is maintained with the base station. Cluster Authority (CA) is a member node that acts as a supervising node which contains remove list and maintains the attacker information. The Technology Multiple Input and Multiple Output(MIMO) is used in the proposed system which reduces the noise in the signal and improves the network performance. During transmission, the unauthenticated nodes which are responsible for data leakage or any malicious activities are detected by the algorithm and information of these nodes are updated in the remove list of CA. The listed unauthenticated nodes or the black hole attack nodes in CA are removed from the network. The proposed algorithm removes the malicious nodes which are affecting the network performance and reconstructs the network by considering only the legitimate nodes. For data protection and utilization, we encrypt our sensitive data before outsourced our data because cannot trust storage server, are un-trusty but on other hand, data retrieval in encrypted format from cloud, is challenging task for data utilization, was encrypted from plaintext to ciphertext, when retrieves from cloud storage. However, searchable encryption schemes used Boolean search but they are unable to make data utilization for huge data and failed to handle multi-users access to retrieve ciphertext from cloud and user’s authentication. In this paper, we are using ranked keyword search over encrypted data by going k-documents at storage and using a Hierarchical Clustering Method is designed to guide more search semantics with an additional feature of making the system to cope the demand for fast ciphertext k-search in large scale environments explored the relevance score such as massive and big cloud data. It consists of rectangular radiating element with 50 Ω microstrip line feed. The FR-4 dielectric material is used as the substrate with relative permittivity of 4.4. ANSYS High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS) based on the Finite Element Method (FEM) is used to analyze the performance of the micro-strip patch antenna. Results show that the antenna operated at 5.9 GHz with return loss of -14.07 dB and Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR) of 1.13. The optimization of the antenna is carried out by employing the meta-heuristic algorithms such as Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). PSO is implemented with the help of MATLAB and GA is performed by ANSYS optimetrics tool. After applying the optimization algorithms, performance of the antenna has been improved. The return loss and VSWR obtained from GA are -34 dB and 1.0 whereas from PSO are -20 dB and 1.65. On comparing GA and PSO, the results obtained from GA are better than PSO. Next, a co-occurrence relation is applied to draw the edges between the vertices within specified window sizes. Then, the page rank algorithm is applied to the graph to rank the importance of each keyword. Finally, the vertices are sorted in descending order by their page rank scores and the tokens with highest scores are chosen as the keywords. Several experiments were conducted on a dataset that consisted of 100 Arabic academic articles for training and 50 for testing. The results were evaluated by using precision, recall, and the F-measure. The maximum recall achieved on the dataset was 63%, as not all the manually identified keywords and keyphrases existed in the article abstracts and titles. The proposed method achieved 25% of recall, which is acceptable as it is comparable to that of a method in the literature that was applied to an English language testing dataset that consisted of 500 English documents, which achieved 42% of recall where the maximum recall percentage of the testing dataset was 78%. Despite the difficulties and challenges in searching for keywords in the Arabic language and using fewer documents in the Arabic testing dataset than in the English, it can be concluded that the proposed keyword and keyphrase extraction system using the page rank algorithm works well.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>10</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>3495</first_page> <last_page>3504</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijitee.L2614.1081219</doi> <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/L26141081219/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Automated Waste Transfer System using Dedicated Corridor in Cities</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Dept. of Information Technology, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, India</organization> <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Ankur</given_name> <surname>Gupta*</surname> </person_name> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Mrs. S.</given_name> <surname>Muthulakshmi</surname> </person_name> <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>A.P. The transfer of waste from the waste bins in the localities through the use of compactor trucks needs to be changed. It stands low on the efficiency scale. This can be improved by Channelizing waste through a separate corridor. The idea is to channelize the waste underground by using belt conveyor systems. The waste collector bins in the localities will be joined to the main conveyor heavy duty belts by small conveyor belts to move the waste. This waste will be taken to the waste processing plants by the belts fixed underground. The waste collector bins will be equipped with the pressure plates and will be connected to the network. As soon as the bin is full, it will send the information to the control centre. The operator at the centre can empty the bin by clicking a button. This will help to live monitor the waste and move it as soon as possible. The waste which is channelized can be easily segregated at the end where it enters the waste processing plant. Segregation of the waste will allow us to reuse the recyclable materials which most of the time are dumped in the landfills. The idea is to eliminate the Compactor Trucks as they cause pollution and congestion. Also many a times, waste materials are dropped out from the truck while carrying them to the processing plants which affects the riders behind it. The smoke from the trucks is dark and sooty which are the main causes for the lung diseases. Whereas the belt driven system will work on electricity. This energy can be harnessed by renewable energy resources or by power plants where the efficiency is the highest.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>10</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>3729</first_page> <last_page>3734</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijitee.L2615.1081219</doi> <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/L26151081219/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>CFD-subset-FVM-based MATLAB-simulation of Heat Transfer in High Grade Cold Storage Augmenting Cryogenic Energy Storage System by Circulating Natural Gas as Working Fluid</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>School of Basic and Advanced Sciences, Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr.Sagunthala R&amp;D Institute of Science &amp; Technology, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, INDIA</organization> <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>A. All the economic entities are obliged to disclose their operating performance and pay taxes established by the law. Currently financial and statistical reporting serves to address these objectives, as it pertains to disclosure of the financial performance of an economic entity while tax reporting is intended to control the tax base calculation and, respectively, the tax subject to transfer to the budget [4, 7, 10, 14]. For enhancing the network lifetime, the nodes in the network can recharged periodically based on their operational executions. The rechargeable sensor nodes in the network are replenished using external sources. Using single charging device can be feasible only for small scale WSNs, whereas in managing large scale wireless sensor networks, multiple charging devices are to be modelled for efficiently recharging the sensor nodes, since single devices are having energy constraints to recharge more number of nodes. On focussing those issues, this paper contributes on developing a new model called Load Balanced Constant Scheduling (LBCS) for the replenishment of the sensor nodes. Moreover, multiple Mobile Charging Devices (MCDs) are used here for recharging the sensor nodes effectively, without facing resource limitations. In this model, constant and time based charge scheduling approach and charging route for MCD has been frame optimally. The scheduling mode focuses on a concrete classification procedure for avoiding needless visits of nodes having adequate energy. Providing further improvement in schedule based node replenishment, algorithm for Charging Route Definition (CRD) is also developed in this work. For evidencing the efficiency of the proposed model, the work is simulated and evaluated. The simulation results are compared with some existing models based on the network lifetime, time taken for recharge and efficiency.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>3543</first_page>     <last_page>3550</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.L2627.1081219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/L26271081219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Methods for Increasing the Radiation Resistance of 3D Integration Memory Modules for Aerospace Applications</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Science Manufacturing Complex &quot;</organization>      <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Technological centre&quot;</organization>      <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>, Moscow, Zelenograd, Russia.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>R.S.</given_name>      <surname>Litvinenko*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>I.V.</given_name>       <surname>Prokofiev</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Science Manufacturing Complex &quot;Technological centre&quot;, Moscow, Zelenograd, Russia.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>V.M.</given_name>       <surname>Matveev</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Science Manufacturing Complex &quot;Technological centre&quot;, Moscow, Zelenograd, Russia.</organization>   </contributors>
Space radiation effects in electronics are significantly important during the development of devices for aerospace applications. Current development of SDN network relies on target host IP address of packet and OFSwitches ignores checking of source host IP. SDN has separated control planes and data planes and OpenFlow protocol enabled switches are used as packet forwarding devices. The SDN controller controls flow of data packet through forwarding devices and when these are turned on, do not have any control and defense. The devices are not able to handle packet arriving from connected host. In this case, data packets of hosts are sent to the controller forwarding device for inspection and control packet creation for data packet and setting up required matching entries in flow table of forwarding device for such type of data packets generated by the hosts. The attackers can generate packets with Spoofed source IP address and perform various types of attacks. In this research paper, we offer a scheme as Source IP Address Validation for Software Defined Network (SIPAV-SDN) to check packet’s source host IP address by binding source host IP Address and MAC address with switch port. It maintains a HostTable at Controller for verification of source host IP and MAC with switch port and only forwards the packets which have valid sources host IP address. We also simulated SIPAV-SDN with hybrid SDN network and experiment results have shown that it achieved 100% packet filtering accuracy for IP spoofed TCP, UDP and ICMP packet attacks. We used python programming language for RYU controller in Mininet network emulator.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>3386</first_page>     <last_page>3393</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.L2632.1081219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/L26321081219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Animated Basic Japanese Language for Children Learning</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Interactive Media, Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka, Durian Tunggal, Melaka</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Hamzah Asyrani</given_name>      <surname>Bin Sulaiman*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Nurul Afifah Binti</given_name>       <surname>Md Rashidi</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Interactive Media, Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka, Durian Tunggal, Melaka.</organization>   </contributors>
Japanese language animation is an 2D animation about basic Japanese language that commonly used for speaking. To avoid the death of a patient in the anaesthetic condition during operation, an anaesthesiologist is with the patient at the time of surgery to monitor the patient. In the existing system, for the monitoring of anaesthesia, Anaesthesiologist will accompany the patient until the patient becomes stable. To overcome the above issue, the proposed automated patient monitoring system will hog the limelight in hospitals in the near future. Through automation in the monitoring system with high speed advanced ARM 8 processor which executes large instructions used for the implementation. The automatic anaesthesia monitoring system has capable of monitoring multiple parameters, which is essential for the patient during the anaesthetic condition. The physical parameters are sensed using suitable sensors and transmitted through the Zigbee module over a wireless network to the anaesthesiologist so that the anaesthesiologist can monitor the patient anaesthetic condition and other parameters at their own premises. Also, they can view the results in the monitor screen with the help of a personal computer. The proposed system reduces the risk of severe injury and death during anaesthesia. The proposed system is executed using the Unified Technology Learning Platform and the simulation results against various parameters of the patient are performed using Labview software.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>3692</first_page>     <last_page>3696</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.L2644.1081219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/L26441081219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Sign Language Interpreter using Kinect Motion Sensor using Machine Learning.</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>H.O.D, Computer Dept., SITRC, Nashik.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Prof. (Dr.) Amol</given_name>      <surname>Potgantwar*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Pragati</given_name>       <surname>Bachchhav</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Student, Computer Dept., SITRC, Nashik.</organization>   </contributors>
Sign language is the route through which deaf and dumb people usually communicate with one another. It is seen that, impaired people find a difficulty while interacting with the society. Normal individuals are not able to understand their sign language. To bridge this gap, the proposed system acts as the mediator between impaired and normal people. This system uses Kinect motion sensor to capture the signs. The Kinect motion sensor captures 3 dimentional dynamic gestures. Thus this study is proposed for extracting features of dynamic gestures of Indian Sign Language (ISL). As American Sign Language (ASL) is popular and is used in research and development field, on the other hand ISL has been recently standardized and hence ISL recognition is less explored. The propose method extracts feature from the sign and converts it to the intended textual form. The method then integrates local as well as global information of the signs. This integrated feature leads to improvizing the system performance , the system serves as an aid to disabled people. Its application includes hospitals, government sectors and some multinational companies.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>3151</first_page>     <last_page>3156</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.L2645.1081219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/L26451081219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Feature Fusion for Image Retrieval using Image Processing.</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>H.O.D, Computer Dept., SITRC, Nashik.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Prof. (Dr.) Amol</given_name>      <surname>Potgantwar*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Shreyas</given_name>       <surname>Deshmukh</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Student, Computer Dept., SITRC, Nashik.</organization>   </contributors>
Image processing and computer vision uses Content-based image retrieval (CBIR) function to solve the issue of image retrieval, which means, solving the issue of image searching in expansive databases. The actual data of the image will be evaluated when a search is performed that refers to content-based. The term content can be any attribute of an image like colour-shade, various symbols or shapes, sizes, or any other data. There are various approaches for image retrieval but the most prominent are by comparing the main image with the subsets of the relatable images whether it matches or not and the other one is by using a matching descriptor for the image. One of the main trouble for huge amount of CBIR is the representation of an image. When a given image is worked upon it is divided into number of attributes in which some are the primary ones and others are the secondary ones. These attributes are checked with the local and MPEG-7 descriptors. All this is then mapped in a single vector which is the same images but in compact form to save the space. Principle Component Analysis (PCA) is used lessen the attribute size. To store the attribute data in similar clusters and to train them to give the correct output the study also uses k-means clustering algorithm. Hence, the proposed system deals with the image retrieval using various algorithms and methods.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>10</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>3157</first_page>     <last_page>3162</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.L2646.1081219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/L26461081219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Induction Motor Speed Control Fed by an Inverter Coupled with DSPACE Controller</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>PG scholar, EEE department, Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering &amp; Technology, Hyderabad, Telangana, India,</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Mallela Uday</given_name>      <surname>Kiran*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Syed Sarfaraz</given_name>       <surname>Nawaz</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Associate Professor, EEE Department, Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering &amp;Technology, Hyderabad, India</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>P V S G</given_name>       <surname>Prasad</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>PG scholar, EEE department, Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering &amp; Technology, Hyderabad, Telangana, India,</organization>   </contributors>
The paper is design and implementation of inverter for controlling the 3-ph I.M by using DSPACE controller, the controlling objectives is PWM techniques. they are Sinusoidal PWM technique and Space vector PWM technique. The prime objective of this research was to study growth pattern of the startups and stages of funding received by these startups. The analysis has shown Indian start-up companies prefer primarily funding in four different stages, such as early stage, growth stage, expansion stage and bridge funding. The result has also shown that maximum funding was received in the expansion stage in the financial years. Bridge funding is becoming more and more prevalent, almost 10 per cent of deals. Further, it is noticed that the entrepreneurs find financial support from other funding sources, after the initial experimental phase. The results of chi-square test revealed that there is no significant association between stages of funding and level of development of startup.
