At the end of the treatment, a discharge summary of the files will be sent along with the patients. All the records of the patients are maintained in the hospital by MRD (Medico Record Department). Maintanence of records are of very high cost and data security, integrity should be maintained. When patients migrate from one hospital to another, they ought to provide their past records to the doctor for diagnosis. There is a very high probability for the patients to miss their records after many years. A social network based system can be developed in which the patient’s data is stored in cloud and can be shared among the healthcare centres. Each hospital can send requests regarding a patients’s past records to other hospital and records can be retrieved. This helps doctors to have a greater incite on the reports, and repeated tests are avoided for the search of the missing information. As medical records are very sensitive, security and privacy concerns are high. To secure data, blockchain is used in which the data are stored in off-chain and their hashes are stored on-chain. In addition, the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation governing the filing of a civil lawsuit in the framework of proceedings on administrative offenses are analyzed. As an example, petty hooliganism was chosen as one of the most common offenses in Russia. The article also reflects the existence of differences in the concepts of “harm”, “loss” and “damage”. The popularity of social networks has been increasing day-by-day and enables users to collect huge volume of information about their friends. Various social networking sites are available among them, Twitter is fastest growing website. Due to its popularity various spammers are attracted towards it to utilized large amounts of spam to modify authorised users accounts. In this paper, the “Spam detection system in social sites” is developed for detection of spammer through the technique of machine learning. The work is initiated towards collection of data from H-Spam 14 site and then applied pre-processing mechanism such as conversion of data into lowercase and, removal of stop words etc. After this phase, the pre-processed data comes into the phase of feature extraction, which involves process of tokenization that used to split the entire sentences into a word-group and so the best features has been extracted from the raw data. To select the optimized value from extracted set of features, the optimization algorithm, Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) has utilized here to obtain the optimal sets of feature from spam along with non-spam data. The next process has to be done through Artificial Neural Network (ANN) to differentiate the spam and non-spam data. In the final process, the parameters for performance measure and compare the proposed and existing work to check the improvement in proposed work. And then by analyzing the results, advertisers will be able to define a profile that indicates their interests regarding the internet, social media and text messaging, effectively revealing the kind of ad that would be relatable for them.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>2329</first_page>     <last_page>2334</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.A5229.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/A5229119119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Characterizing Traffic Context-based User Experience for Public Safety</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Computing and Information Technology, King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Reem</given_name>      <surname>Alnanih*</surname>    </person_name>  </contributors>
The modern interconnected digital world is a result of the rapid growth of information and communication technology (ICT.) A smart city aims to provide a single technological platform through integrating all its services, devices, interfaces, and infrastructure, allowing the city to operate in an intelligent way that can support social and benefit from the user experience. In this context, one of the critical issues associated with fast urbanization is traffic management, which needs intelligent infrastructures. In this paper, aiming to enhance public security, improve user experience, and ensure smooth traffic flow, a road traffic signal control mechanism is proposed to automatically control the duration of a green light signal at the signalized road intersections by using an intelligent fuzzy rule-based system (FRBS). This can assist traffic signal plan, which dynamically adjusts the time required for switching between green and red lights. For this purpose, the concept of traffic context based on user experience is proposed to define the context in terms of the number of vehicles, the number of pedestrians, time of day, and the weather conditions as the inputs for the fuzzy control system. The proposed system was designed keeping in view the busy junctions joining important and busy areas; the system is effective for traffic congestion control, energy saving, and enhancing public security and comfort. Also, the FRBS-assisted system is very flexible and not limited to the defined antecedents; consequently, it can be easily extended to accommodate other variables on demand, making it adaptive to any road intersection scenario.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>2335</first_page>     <last_page>2343</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.A5241.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/A5241119119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Modeling and Research of the Controllability of Wheeled Tractors</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Scientific and Innovation Center of Information and Communication Technologies under IT University, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>B.M.</given_name>      <surname>Azimov</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Mrs. L.F.</given_name>       <surname>Sulyukova*</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Scientific and Innovation Center of Information and Communication Technologies under IT University, Tashkent, Uzbekistan</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>M.B.</given_name>       <surname>Azimov</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Scientific and Innovation Center of Information and Communication Technologies under IT University, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.</organization>   </contributors>
In this paper we considered the issues of controllability and stability of wheeled tractors on the slopes with the help of mathematical modeling and optimal control. The well-known methods of modeling and research for improving the stability of the tractor do not allow solving the problem of stable motion of the tractor on the slopes, as they do not provide sufficient correction of the moving direction, which depends on the character of external disturbances. The application of modern optimal control methods allows to investigate this problem at the design phase of the machine with using mathematical models. To solve the problem, we created the equations of motion of a wheeled tractor using the Lagrange equations of the second kind. On the basis of the equations of motion we developed models and algorithms for optimal control of a wheeled tractor. The necessary conditions for optimal control of the motion using the Pontryagin maximum principle were investigated. With the help of auxiliary functions of Hamilton-Pontryagin, we have determined the coefficients of stiffness and viscous resistance of wheel tractor tires. The boundary value problem of the maximum principle to determine the transient process motion of the tractor is formulated and on its basis the equations of horizontal and vertical oscillations of the tractor were solved at an uneven distribution of mass between the front and rear driven wheels and the coefficient of adhesion of the wheels and the lateral slip of the tractor in turning were calculated.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>2344</first_page>     <last_page>2351</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.A5246.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/A5246119119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Experimental Evaluation of Mechanical, Wear and Corrosion properties of AA5083/Graphite Metal Matrix Composite Prepared using Compocasting Process</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Mechanical Engineering, Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu - 641114, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>J.Pradeep</given_name>      <surname>Kumar</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr.D.S.Robinson</given_name>       <surname>Smart*</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Mechanical Engineering, Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu – 641114, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr.Erick C.</given_name>       <surname>Jones</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Industrial, Manufacturing and Systems Engineering, The University of Texas at Arlington, USA,</organization>   </contributors>
In most of the engineering applications such as aviation, defence, marine and automotive requires components with light weight and along with favorable mechanical properties; this demand perhaps satisfied by metal matrix composites (MMCs) of aluminium by virtue of its distinguished achievement. In the present research work an experiment was developed to synthesize metal matrix composite adopting Aluminium Alloy (AA) 5083 as matrix material reinforced with graphite particulates (6 wt %, 8 wt % &amp; 10 wt %) using two stage in-situ stir casting process. Experiments were implemented to analyze mechanical and tribological properties like ultimate tensile strength, microhardness, wear characteristics and corrosion properties. From the above investigations, it is revealed that microhardness increases with decrease in tensile strength with upsurge in more wt % of reinforcement. Due to the very high self-lubricating property of graphite significant reduction in wear can be observed with deepen in wt % of graphite. In Bangladesh, a significant portion of higher education is accomplished at private universities. In this twenty-first century, these students of higher education are highly mobile and different from earlier generations. Thus, retaining existing students has become a great challenge for many private universities in Bangladesh. Early prediction of the total number of registered students in a semester can help in this regard. This can have a direct impact on a private university in terms of budget, marketing strategy, and sustainability. In this paper, we have predicted the number of registered students in a semester in the context of a private university by following several machine learning approaches. We have applied seven prominent classifiers, namely SVM, Naive Bayes, Logistic, JRip, J48, Multilayer Perceptron, and Random Forest on a data set of more than a thousand students of a private university in Bangladesh, where each record contains five attributes. First, all data are preprocessed. Then preprocessed data are separated into the training and testing set. Then, all these classifiers are trained and tested. Since a suitable classifier is required to solve the problem, the performances of all seven classifiers need to be thoroughly assessed. So, we have computed six performance metrics, i.e. accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, precision, false positive rate (FPR) and false negative rate (FNR) for each of the seven classifiers and compare them. We have found that SVM outperforms all other classifiers achieving 85.76% accuracy, whereas Random Forest achieved the lowest accuracy which is 79.65%.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>2594</first_page>     <last_page>2600</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.A5292.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/A5292119119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Determination of Natural Frequency and Mode Shape for Hollow Thin Plates</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Center for Integrated Design of Advanced Mechanical Systems (PRISMA), Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, 43600 Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Mohd Faizal</given_name>      <surname>Mat Tahir*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Mohd Syafiq Che</given_name>       <surname>Musa</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Center for Integrated Design of Advanced Mechanical Systems (PRISMA), Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, 43600 Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Mohd Rasidi Mohd</given_name>       <surname>Rasani</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Center for Integrated Design of Advanced Mechanical Systems (PRISMA), Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, 43600 Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Meor Iqram</given_name>       <surname>Meor Ahmad</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Center for Integrated Design of Advanced Mechanical Systems (PRISMA), Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, 43600 Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia</organization>   </contributors>
The determination of natural frequency and the mode shape of structures are important in characterizing the properties or behavior of the structures. The existing hollow in solid thin plate will change the vibration behavior in term of resonance frequency and mode behavior. A lot of structure consists of hollow space such as inner panel of car hood and bonnet. However, simplifying the model from hollow structure with solid thin plates only will resulting some difference in their vibration performance. This study begins with conducting modal analysis experiment using solid thin plate under free-free boundary condition. Next, the finite element methods were performing to compare with the experimental results. The average error of 3.96% was obtain when compared which provide a good confident level with the simulation result. Next, the study continued by finding the natural frequency and the mode shape for the thin plate under various position of hole, number of holes and shape of hole by using FEM software. Finally, finite element was also being carried out on the simplified design model of the inner panel car hood based from the real product and compared the resonance frequency from the model with some vibration reference sources. Through this study, it is found that the diversity of the hole position, the increasing number of holes and the change of the hole shape play a role in changing the natural frequencies of a thin plate. Methods of media influence on ordinary consciousness include various types of fragmentation of information, game by facts and figures, logic violations, semantics (use of metaphors, emotionally evaluated vocabulary, language of symbols, archetypes, antitheses) of stereotypical images for attaching certain connotative stereotypes to the consciousness in order to strengthen influence, and others. Consequently, the technologies of influence determine the need for psychosemantic analysis to study stereotypical, mythological and archetypal images of ordinary consciousness. The research demonstrates the relevance of the psychosemantic approach to the study of ordinary consciousness in the modern information society, the impact of crisis processes in the society development on the changes in certain levels of ordinary consciousness and the main tendencies of its transformation; as well as the empirical research of the formation of the ordinary consciousness by mass media has been demonstrated.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>2607</first_page>     <last_page>2612</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.A5311.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/A5311119119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Multimedia Signal Processing in Cloud using Content Based Copy Detection</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Professor, Department of Computer Science &amp; Engineering, Presidency University, Bengaluru, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>K</given_name>      <surname>Thivakaran*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>K G</given_name>       <surname>Mohan</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Professor &amp; Head, Department of Computer Science &amp; Engineering, Presidency University, Bengaluru, India.</organization>   </contributors>
Nowadays making multimedia and multimedia altering has gotten simple because of effectively accessible handling instruments. The medical procedures such as radiology, biopsy, surgeries, etc. require paramount precision. Technologies such as robotic arms have come into play these days to minimize the pain, post-operation and also to make the surgeries and procedures much more cost-effective. A robotic arm has been experimentally designed that takes the coordinates as input and reach the target point. The main aim of this project was to increase the precision and accuracy of the robotic arm that has been experimentally designed. The objective of the project was to find the deviation of the end needle caused due to the functioning of the robot and due to its self-weight. Designing of the robotic arm was done in Solid works and analysis was carried out in ANSYS. The results for stress and strain were obtained for static structural analysis. In OA usually, cartilage is ruptured due to the kneading of bones with each other which will end up causing severe pain. In this condition, it is necessary to analyze the severity of OA which involves various medical imaging and clinical examination techniques. In this paper, automated analysis and detection of OA are proposed by calculating the thickness of cartilage which also helps to effectively detect and analyze the abnormalities in bone structures. An attempt has been made to achieve high sensitivity by providing different structures for membrane (Circular, square, rectangle &amp; triangle) with uniform surface area and thickness. Further, simulations have been carried out with various loads ranging from 0.1 to 1MPa assigning three materials viz., InP, GaAs and Silicon. From the analyses of simulation results, it has been observed that the pressure sensor with circular membrane provided InP material found to exhibit more deformation and high sensitivity of 17.3×10-12 for 10 μm thickness and 50.8×10-12 for 7 μm thickness. The reasons for enhancement in the sensitivity are discussed in detail as function of input load, dimensional changes of diaphragm and materials addition. It’s agreement of a key convention that permits pair of gatherings, both having a elliptic open and closed key, to build up a mutual secret key over an uncertain channel. This shared secret key may be either utilized as key or used to determine another key which would then be able to be utilized to subsequent correspondences utilizing a cipher of symmetric key. In this paper, the study discusses about the complete process flow of the IC fabrication and the interdependence of each steps involved. Seven important process flow steps have been considered and explained throughout this study. In particular, the present work inspects comprehensively the correlation between each process steps by using fuzzy DEMATEL technique. The fabrication steps have been separated as cause and effect groups, for the readers to get a good understanding of a inter relationship between the seven process steps. The result has proved that the market requirement (C1), the complexity of the fabrication process (C3) and the streamline of supply chain and time to market (C7) fall under causal group and cost to customer , design , customization , testing yield , packaging fall under effect group. The research analysis by fuzzy DEMATEL method has been demonstrated as an efficient approach in the inter relationship studies.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>1968</first_page>     <last_page>1973</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.I7642.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/I7642078919/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Generation of Spreading Codes with Minimum Correlation using Sorting Genetic Algorithm-II</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Centurion University of Technology and Management, Bhubaneswar 752 050, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Shibashis</given_name>      <surname>Pradhan*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Deepak Kumar</given_name>       <surname>Barik</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Centurion University of Technology and Management, Bhubaneswar 752 050, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>M Vamshi</given_name>       <surname>Krishna</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Centurion University of Technology and Management, Parlakhemundi 761211,India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Sujatarani</given_name>       <surname>Raut</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Electronics,P.N Autonomous College, Khurda 752057,India.</organization>   </contributors>
In a code division multiple access (CDMA) system, multiple access interference (MAI) and Inter-symbol interference (ISI) appears if generated spreading codes are not maintained orthogonally and the communication channel is taken as multi-path communication channel. When generated spreading codes are multi-path spread and then channel delay occurs, it shows that ortho-gonality of the spreading codes is not maintained. The effect of MAI can be mitigated by maintaining low cross-correlation values as much as low between the large numbers of spreading codes. The code division multiple technique spreading codes must maintain absolutely impulsive autocorrelation at origin and very low cross correlation other than origin to avoid false synchronisation. i.e autocorrelation must be maximum at origin and cross correlation must be minimum at non origin point. Although distinguished by its popularity and strength for Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), it still suffers from several limitations that deteriorates its performance. One such restriction is a high collision probability that degrades the performance of a dense network. In this article, we develop a Slotted Access Window (SAW) mechanism, a medium access technique to mitigate high collision probability and energy consumption in dense and battery constrained networks. An accurate analytical model is presented to assess the effectiveness of SAW mechanism and validated using the ns-3 simulator. Finally, results show that the SAW mechanism significantly improves the throughput, energy efficiency, and delay in contrast to the default medium access mechanism.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>1974</first_page>     <last_page>1978</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.J1124.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/J11240881019/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Accelerating Information Security in Cloud Computing using a Novel Holomorphic Scheme</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Research Scholar, NMAM Institute of Technology,</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Dhananjaya</given_name>      <surname>V*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. Balasubramani</given_name>       <surname>R</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Professor in ISE, NMAM Institute of Technology,</organization>   </contributors>
In the past decades, many security algorithms are invented and used in many applications for encryption and decryption of information or data. All the secure algorithms were uses the security key of size 8bit, 16bit, 32bit, 64bit and 128bits for encryption and decryption but literature survey says that higher the key size, higher the security. But the higher key size has number more bits and its requires more memory for storage and also to perform each and every bit through computational operations leads to more delay. To address these issues, the key and plain text are of 128bits and converted into integer. The converted integer values of key and plaintext are encrypted and decrypted using Holomorphic through Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The research method is sophisticated and more protected through meaning fully lesser key in size and is accomplished for encryption in terms integer key and plaintext moderately than binary bits, therefore larger size of key and plaintext can be minimized and reduced the computational complexities. Finally the cipher text is uploaded into cloud through Real Time Transport Protocol (RTP) and Real Time Transport Control Protocol (RTCP) for storage. The main problem with continuous sharing of information into cloud is security attacks so in this research work, three different multimedia signals such as ECG, EEG and biomedical images are converted into integer and encrypted using AES. The stored data can access by the authorized users and can decode the information after decryption using AES.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>11</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>521</first_page> <last_page>529</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijitee.J9067.119119</doi> <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/J90670881019/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Classification of Digital Mammograms Into Masses and Non-Masses using Texture Combination Features and SVM</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Research Scholar, Department of Computer Science, K. In this research paper, extensive contributions have been explored concerning the routing mechanisms involving WSN. Enhancing the critical attributes like network lifetime and reliability are prime areas of research in this field. To obtain the desired results, optimizations have been performed using Swarm Intelligence (SI) based routing mechanism like the Artificial-Bee Colony (ABC) optimization and TABU-GA routing technique. Although, since the past decade, the Ant-Colony Optimization (ACO) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) have been introduced and applied in this field, but the ABC and TABU-GA approach is relatively novel and considered a prominent choice as compared to other methods. However, a lot of scope for further enhancement of the ABC optimization and TABU-GA problem. This paper highlights and explains the comparison between RZLEACH (Rendezvous LEACH), ABC and TABU-GA algorithm based routing mechanisms. The simulation results obtained show that the TABU-GA have significant result over the ABC and RZLEACH and found 6% improvement when compared with the RZLEACH approach in terms of Remaining Energy and 9% lesser in case of First node dead (FND) with comparison to RZLEACH.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>926</first_page>     <last_page>933</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.K1839.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/K18390981119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>E-Banking in India: with Reference of Consumers Perception of Internet Banking in Visakhapatnam District.</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Institute of Management, GITAM Deemed to be University, Visakhapatnam.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Dr. Gangu Naidu</given_name>      <surname>Mandala*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Mrs. Suguna</given_name>       <surname>Tentu</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Vignan’s Institute of Engineering for women, Visakhapatnam.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr.S.Anjani</given_name>       <surname>Devi</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Institute of Management, GITAM Deemed to be University, Visakhapatnam.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. Venkata Ramakrishna</given_name>       <surname>Rao Gandreti</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Vignan’s Institute of Engineering for women, Visakhapatnam</organization>   </contributors>
Objective: As of late, Internet Banking has turned into a useful stage to effectively get to banking administrations. Robots in the industry can be cooperative or supportive to the workers. Some significant tasks such as, industrial automation, painting, welding, package loading and unloading, cutting and application specific tasks can be performed using industrial robotic arm. The aim of the project is to pick and place the objects in industries using robot arms. Z-Robot is a double arm robot. The robot arms follow the loop in a program to run the servo motors. Arduino program stores the position of each motor. When the pick command is received servo motors fixed with the robot arms start rotating based on the program and picks up the object. When the drop command is received the robot arms drops down the object. The pick and place operations can be done in any direction. PAP and HPV tests are followed for early diagnosis for screening procedure. In medical field, it is difficult to detect Pap smear images through microscope. Image processing is a vital role to take right decision by using various technique and algorithms. In this paper, the proposed technique is used to enhance the Pap smear images by comparing Histogram Equalization in Contrast Stretching algorithm, Power Law Transformation for Gamma Correction, Shading Correction, Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE). The Quality measurement MSE, PSNR, SC and NAC value has been calculated to find performance analysis of enhanced Pap smear images. Then proposed four different feature extraction algorithms SGLDM- Spatial Gray Level Difference Method, RDM- Run Difference Method, LBP- Local Binary Pattern and HOG-Histogram of Oriented Gradients are used to extract features of Pap images. Experimental results are obtained for a data set of 215 Pap images taken from the Management and Decision Engineering Laboratory (MDE-LAB) database. MATLAB R2016a used as a programming tool. ANN Classification is used for each feature extraction algorithm to evaluate the accuracy level. Thus, CLAHE achieved the good result for enhancement and SGLDM feature extraction algorithm reached 93% accuracy using ANN.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>11</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>530</first_page> <last_page>534</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijitee.K2456.119119</doi> <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/K24560981119/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Cooling Heat Transfer Analysis using Multiple Inline Inclined Air Jet Impingement</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Dr. D. The analysis of multi-jet impingement cooling process is performed. Air is used as fluid in present system. A simulated component with heater plate is cooled with four jets. All jets are placed inline or considered in a row. The jets are inclined to base and reference target to be cooled. The inclination of each jet is changed according to various configurations from 60 and 120 Degree to make packaging as compact as possible. Different configurations are examined and best combination is selected for study of variation of target to jet distance. Interface of flow from one jet with other is creating turbulence and effect of this on cooling target plate is studied experimentally. The graphs are plotted giving variations of Nusselt number as per Reynolds number in laminar range up to 2000. Jet inclination combination with first jet -inside, second jet - outside, third jet - outside, and fourth jet – inside is considered as giving best results with inclinations as 60-120-60-120 degree respectively. The laminar flow, with jet position inline, in which jet fluid flow lines gets mixed and creating turbulence gives higher average Nusselt number indicating better cooling performance. Further experiments using various fluids and various jet combinations / inclinations may be performed. The correlation is presented showing variation between Nusselt number and Reynolds number for typical case.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>535</first_page>     <last_page>540</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.L2544.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/L25441081219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>An IoT-Based Body Area Network in Medical Care System: Related Challenges and Issues</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Research Scholar in GITAM Deemed to be University, Bengaluru, and working as Assistant Professor, Dept. of ECE, GITAM Deemed to be University, Hyderabad, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Shaik Jhani</given_name>      <surname>Bhasha*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. Sunita</given_name>       <surname>P</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, Department of ECE, GITAM Deemed to be University, Bengaluru, India.</organization>   </contributors>
The Internet of Things (IoT) is the collection of open intelligent devices. Their efficiency and usefulness in managing and monitoring water quality have been appreciated by management organizations around the world. The integration of these tools into computer applications can be a major asset. The main purpose of this article is to present a computer application that integrates a water quality index developed in Morocco to facilitate its use and avoid manual errors related to users. The application entirely developed in python language under PyCharm (Integrated Development Environment) is executable on a computer and is presented as a GUI (Graphical User Interface) containing two sub-interfaces to calculate the surface and groundwater quality index according to the type of water analyzed.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>11</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>2358</first_page> <last_page>2362</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijitee.L2827.119119</doi> <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/L28271081219/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Effect of Soil Structure Interaction on Multi-Storeyed Building with Raft Foundation</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Civil Engineering, Narasaraopeta Engineering College [Autonomous], Narasaraopet, India</organization> <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>KORRAPATI</given_name> <surname>PRATYUSHA*</surname> </person_name> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>DOREDLA</given_name> <surname>NAGARAJU</surname> </person_name> <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Civil Engineering, Narasaraopeta Engineering College [Autonomous], Narasaraopet, India.</organization> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>K DINESH</given_name> <surname>KUMAR</surname> </person_name> <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Civil Engineering, Narasaraopeta Engineering College [Autonomous], Narasaraopet, India. For this purpose a sample of 5 storey RC frames is analysed in conventional method with incremental static analysis for various load combinations and determines the parameters displacement, shear force and bending moment. Then a same 5 storey RC frame is analysed in numerical analysis using Finite Element Method (FEM) with raft foundation by assigning the soil properties to substructure and determine the parameters displacement, shear force and bending moment. According to the analysis results the parameters displacements, shear force and bending moment varies from conventional analysis to numerical analysis. Displacements of the structure increases, shear forces of the structure decreases and bending moment of the structure decreases at some points and increases at some points from conventional method of analysis to numerical method of analysis.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>11</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>557</first_page> <last_page>570</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijitee.L2872.119119</doi> <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/L28721081219/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Composite Materials Based on Twaron and Nano Materials</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Chemical Engineering, The British University in Egypt, El-Shorouk City, Cairo, Egypt.</organization> <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Omnia</given_name> <surname>Hamdy*</surname> </person_name> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Remon A.</given_name> <surname>Mankarious</surname> </person_name> <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Chemical Engineering, The British University in Egypt, El-Shorouk City, Cairo, Egypt.</organization> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>M. Initially, the rheological behaviour of silica-polyethylene glycol shear thickening fluid is examined at different concentrations. Then, ballistic fabric samples are impregnated into silica-polyethylene glycol shear thickening fluid at various concentrations of silica and tested using gas gun simulating real ballistic threat. After that, the impact of rubbery hot water pack filled with around 66.67 wt% starch in water is tested using gas gun. Results showed as the concentration of silica increases, the indentation depth in the impregnated fabric decreases which may result in improving performance of ballistic fabric to 12.5 % in case of using 60 wt% silica, 7.35 % in case of using 30 wt% silica and 3.31 % in case of using 7.5 wt% silica with respect to plain sample. Catalysts are substances that basically speeds up chemical reactions. Ideally, bonds are formed between the catalysts and the reactants. Also, catalysts permits formation of products from the reactants. These formed products, splits off the catalyst without affecting or changing it. Catalytic kinetics studies the correlate chemical reaction rate with some properties of reactants and/or products for instance; temperature, concentration and pressure. The aim of the project is to prepare pure and bi-metal iron based catalyst by co-precipitation method and to characterize the prepared sample using X-ray diffraction .Metal oxides nanoparticles is a field of interest in catalysis, such that these oxides are used to oxidize carbon monoxide. The samples were prepared through co-precipitation method in laboratory scale. The metals used was copper, iron and cobalt. After preparing pure sample of each metal a mix of two metals were introduced in different ratios. The samples were characterized via X-ray diffraction (XRD) and then the results were compared to exist data introduced from others research, the prepared samples XRD was having a great matching with the data retrieved from internet and we found that the metal could exist in two form of oxides and even could exist as pure metal. For making the fish gain weight the fish need to swim (exercise) when the feed is provided which is thrown at specific place in the pond randomly. The problem is how to distribute the fish feed around the pond and develop such device that feed should be evenly distributed in pond which enable the fish to swim across the pond to gain maximum weight Our approach to the problem is to make a robotic boat comprising of SONAR &amp; Ultrasonic sensors which detects the fish in the water on which it is floating .After detecting the fish, the robotic boat drops the feed while moving away from it. This makes the fish to move and follow the boat in order to eat the feed. This paper, which we use for both integrated and continuous digital circuits, is a basic component of QCA circuit operation. The Quantum Dot Cellular Automata Designer Tool is very useful for designing a large risk-free circuit. So the proposed risk-free circuit is designed and simulated using this designing software utensil for three input stages. The proposed framework for the risk-free circuit requires only a small number of major gate operations compared to previous structures because of its three input levels.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>1207</first_page>     <last_page>1210</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.L3026.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/L30261081219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Smart Security Algorithm: Ensured Confidentiality and Integrity</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>School of Information Technology and Engineering, Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>*N.</given_name>      <surname>Jeyanthi</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Gopishetti</given_name>       <surname>Venkatesh R</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>School of Information Technology and Engineering, VIT, Vellore, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>R.</given_name>       <surname>Thandeeswaran</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>School of Information Technology and Engineering, VIT, Vellore, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>K.</given_name>       <surname>Brindha</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>School of Information Technology and Engineering, Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, India.</organization>   </contributors>
The main aim of this paper is to provide confidentiality, integrity to the message. The four phases are ‘line segmentation’, ‘word segmentation’, ‘character segmentation’, and ‘character recognition’. The colour image of palm leaf manuscripts are changed into binary images by using various pre-processing methods. The first phase of an OCR might break through the hurdles of touching lines and overlapping lines. The character recognition becomes futile when the line segmentation is erroneous. In Tamil language palm leaf manuscript recognition, there are only a handful of line segmentation methods. Moreover, the available methods are not viable to meet the required standards. This article is proposed to fill the lacuna in terms of the methods necessary for line segmentation in Tamil language document analysis. The method proposed compares its efficiency with the line segmentation algorithms work on binary images such as the Adaptive Partial Projection (APP) and A* Path Planning (A*PP). The physical and chemical properties of the adsorbent were evaluated systematically using the different techniques including Microsoft Excel programming, linear regression model and also the coefficient of determination. Batch adsorption experiments were conducted to determine the effect of contact time, solution pH, initial dye concentrations, and also the adsorbent dosage on adsorption. The adsorption kinetic parameters confirmed the better fitting of pseudo-second order kinetic model for both of methylene blue and thymol blue. The isotherm data of methylene blue and thymol blue could be well described by the Freundlich isotherm model which means the adsorption is multilayer adsorption with non-uniform distribution of adsorption heat and affinities over the heterogeneous surface. The maximum adsorption capacity (KF) of methylene blue and thymol blue is found to be 0.2736 (L/mg) and 11.18407 (L/mg) respectively. The high specific surface area and the porous structure with some acidic functional groups on the surface were obviously responsible for high dyes adsorption onto hydroxyapatite (HA). Adsorption kinetics data were modeled with the application of Pseudo first order, Pseudo second order and Intraparticle diffusion models. The results revealed that the Pseudo second order model was the best fitting model. Which means that, the adsorption mechanism followed two stages in which the first one was fast and the other was slower step. Which means the adsorption of dye molecules was limited by intra particle diffusion and film diffusion, as well as, the adsorption rate in both of adsorption system are depends only on the slower step. The Boyd plot exposed that the intra-particle diffusion was the rate controlling step of the adsorption process of both of methylene blue and thymol blue molecules by HA powder. However, the adsorption of methylene blue molecules (basic solution) using of HA as adsorbent particles is found to be extremely preferable than thymol blue molecules.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>1219</first_page>     <last_page>1225</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.L3223.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/L32231081219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>A Formal Assessment Paper on EDUSET-MBA Universities Custom Search</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Science and Engineering, MLR Institute of Technology, Dundigal, Hyderabad, India</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>K.Pushpa</given_name>      <surname>Rani*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Manusha</given_name>       <surname>Reddy</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Science and Engineering, MLR Institute of Technology, Dundigal, Hyderabad, India</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>B.</given_name>       <surname>Anjaneyulu</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Science and Engineering, MLR Institute of Technology, Dundigal, Hyderabad, India</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>B.Hari</given_name>       <surname>Chandana</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Science and Engineering, MLR Institute of Technology, Dundigal, Hyderabad, India</organization>   </contributors>
Smartphones and tablets are steadily changing the way we look after our education. In addition to that women's dignity is oppressed and questioned by such draconian practices like dowry. Shortcut of dowry indicating low status for women. Ineffective implementation of stringent laws which curbs death deaths indicates the deficiency of government machineries in protecting women’s life. The information acquired from this study show that Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 took its significance and authority from section 498-A and section 304-B which was enumerated in Indian penal code, but Article 51-A of the constitution remains ineffective because such provisions were never considered as an enforceable before a court of law as it was lies in directive principles of state policy which will not bind any government machineries and it was merely a discretionary provision .In recent trends, education is considered as a tool for increasing their bargaining power in dowry negotiations instead of providing social awareness.Judiciary should ensure effective government machinery to implement the stringent laws along with the legal punishment, to do away with this evil practice. the purpose of this study random sampling method has been used There are a total of 1489 samples collected with regard to this study .
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>1242</first_page>     <last_page>1246</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.L3329.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/L33291081219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Possibility on Contamination of Upper MUSI Ground Water for Flow Water at River End</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Research Scholar, Shri JJT University, Jhunjunu, Rajasthan</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Mohammed Zakir</given_name>      <surname>Hussain*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. PVS Vara</given_name>       <surname>Prasad</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Principal, GIET ENG CLG,RAJAMANDRI .</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. Yamini S</given_name>       <surname>Verma</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, Shri JJT University, Jhunjunu, Rajasthan</organization>   </contributors>
The musi river historically provided farmers downstream of hyderabad with irrigation water for the cultivation of paddy for the duration of and after the monsoon rains. The task of substantiating the key foundations for the perception of language of political ideology as a linguo-discursive process of mutual adaptation of the state and civil society as subjects of political communication is addressed. The study is anchored in the neoclassical scientific paradigm, within which framework critical rethinking of the political discourse-analysis methodology is carried out. We proceed from the fact that ideology is a representation of a certain set of language elements, so the study of the ideology language serves to reconstruct the discursive base of ideology and the imperatives underlying it. It is shown that the study of language of political ideologies engenders the emergence of parallel centers of power in the sphere of statehood. The growth of destructive elements of communicative interactions in liberal democratic society is revealed, in particular an increase in the discursive means that serve an effective tool of denying the democratic process is identified. his study can be useful in the area of political science, namely in the political practice of liberal-democratic society. The findings are applicable in establishing the factors of destruction of social and political dialogue. In this context, the research can offer solutions, provide resources for politicians and organizations in optimizing the dialogue of political communication subjects. Drawing from Freeden’s morphological approach of studying the ideological discourse, as well as critical discourse studies of van Dijk, the research bridges the gap between the studies of the classical philosophical thought and neoclassical scientific paradigm in comprehending the role of political ideologies language. The current study urges a critical rethinking of methodology of political discourse analysis.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>11</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>2662</first_page> <last_page>2668</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijitee.L3395.119119</doi> <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/L33951081219/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Image Feature Selection using Ant Colony Optimization</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Engineering, Shri G.S. The classification performance is solely dependent on the quality of the features defining the respective images. Hence, feature extraction from images and feature selection from this huge data is required. Image Feature Selection is a vital step which can significantly affect the performance of image classification system. This paper proposes an efficient combination of image feature extraction technique and feature selection strategy using Ant Colony Optimization (ACO). ACO utilizes overall subsets performance and local feature importance to fetch problem domain finding prime solutions. For ACO based feature selection in images most of the researchers use priori information of features. However, in this work, the features are extracted separately through the detailed analytical process which carries the best suited features for different classes of images. The performance in terms of classification accuracy has been enhanced through the optimization of features in the dataset. For experimentation and evaluating the performance of proposed work, Corel and Caltech datasets are used. Satisfactory results have been obtained with the proposed approach.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>2669</first_page>     <last_page>2674</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.L3396.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/L33961081219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>PE2 - A Service Oriented Meta Task Scheduling Framework in Cloud Environment</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Associate Professor in Department of Computer Science, Cauvery College for Women(Autonomous), (affiliated to Bharathidasan University), Tiruchirapalli</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Mrs H</given_name>      <surname>Krishnaveni*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr Sinthu</given_name>       <surname>Janita</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Professor and Head in the PG &amp;Research Department of Computer Science, Cauvery College for Women(Autonomous),(affiliated to Bharathidasan University), Tiruchirapalli.</organization>   </contributors>
Cloud computing is an emerging computing environment which facilitates on demand services. As it contributes a large pool of computing resources, scheduling of tasks in an efficient manner is one of the main problems. Poor allocation of tasks affects the performance of the whole system. Hence it is very important to schedule the tasks for better utilization of resources by allocating them properly to particular resources in particular time. Efficient scheduling algorithms fulfill the user requirements and also satisfy the needs of the cloud service providers without affecting the performance of the environment. Execution Time based Sufferage Algorithm (ETSA), Cost and Completion Time based Sufferage Algorithm (CCTSA) and Modified Artificial Fish Swarm(MAFSA) Algorithm are efficient task scheduling approaches developed in cloud environment. These algorithms considered the parameters such as makespan, cost and resource utilization while scheduling the tasks and produced better performance. This paper presents a scheduling framework which converts the above said algorithms in to services and deployed in the cloud. Depends on the user’s requirements, the services will be delivered.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>1261</first_page>     <last_page>1267</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.L3421.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/L34211081219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article><!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Optimization of Process Parameters in MIG Welding of Two Dissimilar Materials</title>   </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Mechanical Engineering, GRIET, Hyderabad, India,</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>D.
