Therefore these interests have also showed a fast and steady growth in the arena of medical image analysis, especially in Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) classification. On contradiction, manual interpretation involves excessive processing time, large amount of expertise and work. Sternness of the DR is analyzed relative to the existence of Microaneurysms (MAs), Exudates (EXs) and Hemorrhages(HEs). Spotting of DR in its early stage is crucial and important to avoid blindness. This paper proposes an algorithm to build an automated system to extract the above mentioned DR features which are the elemental and initial signs of diabetic retinopathy. Initial step in this algorithm is preprocessing of the original image. The next step in this features extraction algorithms is elimination of optic disc (OD) and blood vessels which have similar characteristic with these features. Blood vessels are segmented using Multi-Level Adaptive Thresholding. OD is segmented using morphological operations. Feature extraction and classification is achieved by using deep Bag of Feature (BoF) model which uses Speeded Up Robust Features Our method achieved 100% acuuracy in DRIVE database and over 90% accuracy for e-OPTHA database. Thus, the proposed methodology represents a track towards precise and highly automated DR diagnosis on a large substantial scale along with better sensitivity and specificity.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>381</first_page>     <last_page>385</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.A4145.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/A4145119119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Implementation of Modern Information Communication Technologies (ICT) in Higher Education Sector: International Experience and The Example of Uzbekistan</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Lecturer, Faculty of Social Sciences, National University of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Solikha N.</given_name>      <surname>Allayarova*</surname>    </person_name>  </contributors>
The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is the powerful tool for the successful delivery of quality education in higher institutions. Bioreactor landfill technology has been introduced to accelerate the stability of landfill and to solve the issue of limited landfill area. However, the accelerated degradation of the refuse in bioreactor landfills also considerably changes the geotechnical characteristics of the waste in the landfill and thereby increases the concern for waste stability. Hence, this study aims to analyse the stability of both conventional and bioreactor landfill slope with the effects of waste degradation. Finite element method has been used in the slope stability analysis and the stability is presented by the factor of safety. The objectives of this study are i) to determine and assess the main parameter which influences the stability of the waste slope, ii) to determine the effects of waste degradation to the waste properties and iii) to obtain the factor of safety of the landfill slope using numerical analysis by finite element method. From the literature review, it is found that slope stability of a landfill mainly depends on the geotechnical properties of waste, such as moisture content, unit weight, shear strength parameters and hydraulic conductivity of waste. After the degradation process, engineering properties of field refuse are affected which includes the increased pore-water pressure and unit weight, decreased strength and lower hydraulic conductivity. Based on the analysis of conventional landfill slope stability by using Plaxis software, slope ratio of 1:3, 1:4 and 1:5 calculated safe with 1.69, 2.3 and 2.8 whereas the analysis of bioreactor landfill slope stability calculated safe only for slope ratio of 1:4 and 1:5 with 1.60 and 1.97. Moreover, the factor of safety for steeper slopes is lower and vice versa. From the parametric analysis, it is found that the full height of slope and unit weight of waste input affect the result analysis. This study is significant to evaluate the landfill slope stability with the effects of waste degradation and to ensure both conventional and bioreactor landfill slope stability for long periods.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>11</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>393</first_page> <last_page>398</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijitee.A4148.119119</doi> <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/A4148119119/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Simulation Analysis of a Liver Transplantation Queueing System</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, Mathematics Department of Science and Humanities,Saveetha School of Engineering, SIMATS, Chennai, India.</organization> <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Ms.K.Ruth</given_name> <surname>Evangelin*</surname> </person_name> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Dr. G. Despite the fact that great efforts have been made to understand the causation factors of RTAs, little is known about how road service quality (RSQ) impacted road safety. The primary objective of the current study was to explore the relationships of RSQ and RTAs from the viewpoint of the Malaysian road users. The study employed a quantitative research approach with the use of a self-administered questionnaire instrument to survey a group of road users. In particular, this paper reports the first phase of the study, that is, to develop and administer an instrument to measure the relationships of RSQ and RTAs. A two phased approach was undertaken to determine face and content validity, and reliability of this instrument. The face and content validity were achieved by assembling a panel of academia and industry practitioners to ensure that wording of the items, and the development of the scale, were comprehensible for data inquiries. Reliability and internal consistency testing were achieved by employing the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to model the interrelationships among items, and Cronbach’s alpha to evaluate the extent to which the items measure the same construct. Then, the instrument was pilot-tested by administration to a convenience-quota sample of 24 road users who stopped at the rest and service areas along the case study expressway. The results have pointed to the indication that the measurement instrument reached the accepted levels of internal reliability. Thus, it can be concluded that the developed instrument able to collect sound quality survey data and could enable the next stage of the study draws a valid and generalized conclusion. This paper highlighted the value of pilot testing in terms of improving the design of research studies that contributes to the development of best practices in RTAs research. Finally, the outcomes of the study should become a source for policy makers or local authorities to have better understanding of the safety outcomes of road service quality from which the prevention measures of RTAs could be improved.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>719</first_page>     <last_page>725</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.A4152.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/A4152119119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Kiiling Media Piracy by using Artificial</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Science and Department SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>A.</given_name>      <surname>Vidhyavani*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>P.V.</given_name>       <surname>Sumanth</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Science and Department SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>U.</given_name>       <surname>Surendra</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Science and Department SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>V.</given_name>       <surname>Chakradhar</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Science and Department SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, India.</organization>   </contributors>
Now a day’s Artificial intelligence is very important. The suggested solution is intended for achieving comfort, security and economy as a part of home automation. The solution consists of two main subsystems; security identification subsystem and the automated garage subsystem. The security identification subsystem is suggested to be placed inside the car on front tableau. The two subsystems are communicating with each other wirelessly, the whole automated garage system are activated from sleep mode and waiting for further actions, when a vehicle or a human is detected in the front of the gate by means of two sensors, or when identification signal is send from security identification subsystem. For maximum reliability and depending on customer needs, the security subsystem is designed to identify the residents, to have a permission to enter the garage by matching all of the following; face image, fingerprint, voice print, written password, specified oral password word, specially designed remote control board or radio frequency identification (RFID) card along with a alarm features. When the residents identified, the garage subsystem is activated in terms of controlling the garage gate open/close process and controlling electrical components including lighting, ventilation and surveillance camera. Each of the two subsystems, as well as overall system, was physically prototyped, tested in real situation successfully.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>408</first_page>     <last_page>413</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.A4162.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/A4162119119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>DDoS Attacks Simulation in Cloud Computing Environment</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Research Scholar, SRM University, Sonepat, (Haryana) India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Shakti</given_name>      <surname>Arora*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. Surjeet</given_name>       <surname>Dalal</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Professor, Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad (U.P), India.</organization>   </contributors>
Cloud Computing Is Increasing Its Reach To The Edge Of The Computing Devices. Monitoring the fluid level and regulating its flow manually has always been a typical problem as it involves much attention by nurse constantly. Any kind of negligence or preoccupied states might invoke a possibility of backflow of blood (and swelling) from the concerned patient. Also blood transfusion using traditional method has a drawback regarding the accuracy in transfusing blood from one patient’s body to another. Considering all these affordable health monitoring systems should be made available to every hospital in the days to come. AUTOMATED FLUID TRANSFUSER deals with these problems. This will accurately assimilate the advised portion of saline/fluid/blood into the patient’s body. It alerts the nurse by sending notifications regarding the status of fluid level and in parallel regulates the flow, thereby averting the chance of backflow of blood and reducing the swelling. According to sources adoption of IoT enabled Industry 4.0 can lead to decrease of production costs by up to 30%, logistics costs by 30% and quality management costs by up to 20% (Thomas, 2016). This study starts with a literature review of the factors that determine the manufacturing competitiveness index of India and how other developed countries are proceeding in these as compared to India. The study proceeds with identification of key determinants or constructs (abstract dimensions) of measuring the IoT maturity of any organization along with their relative weights and then identify the key factors (measurable) inside each construct. These constructs are hypothesized to be the building blocks of any IoT strategy to be adopted by Indian manufacturing concerns. By using these constructs definition, along with factors and possible measurable states, in which the factors can exist, an excel based IoT Maturity Self-Assessment tool has been developed which can be used by target Indian manufacturing organizations to identify their current state of preparedness. The objective of this study is to define an Internet of Things Maturity Model (IoT-MM) which can be used by organizations to assess their current status. Indian manufacturing has started adopting IoT but in a disoriented manner, with adoption being guided more by technology consideration than a holistic business drive and consideration encompassing the benefits of productivity, energy conservation and environmental management.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>2473</first_page>     <last_page>2479</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.A4168.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/A4168119119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Grid Based Clustering with Intrusion Detection System to Extend Network Lifetime in Mobile ADHOC Network</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Science, Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts &amp; Science, Coimbatore, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>D.Nethra Pingala</given_name>      <surname>Suthishni*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Anna Saro</given_name>       <surname>Vijendran</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Science, Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts &amp; Science, Coimbatore, India.</organization>   </contributors>
The key determination of researches on cluster-based Mobile Ad-hoc Networks (MANETs) and the election of consistent energy holding Cluster Head (CH) is to improve the lifetime of the network. Both in real-time as well as non-real-time basis data are collected and spread accordingly. Energy efficiency is said to be the major concern in MANET. Every node in the network supplied with preferred node energy and it will get exhausted whenever node transmits the data. When node runs out of energy transmission may be failed. In order to avoid transmission failure, energy-efficient methods are incorporated in data transmission. In this paper, a clustering method is proposed which is grounded by the Grid-based model. Static sinks in the MANET transmit the data to the transmission area which is distant to the destination that may lead to the energy-hole problem. Hence, an efficient approach is proposed wherein a centralized cluster configuration by the mobile sink is used for Grid-Based Clustering (GBC) and Verification algorithm to achieve improved energy balance to thereby extending network lifetime in the network. The simulation results depict that the GBC and Verification method can effectively increase the network lifetime and energy dissipation.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>421</first_page>     <last_page>430</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.A4174.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/A4174119119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Designing a Novel PTS Method to Reduce Peak to Average Power Ratio in OFDM</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Research Scholar, Dr. BAMUA, Assistant Professor Department of E&amp;TC, PICT, Pune, Maharashtra, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Mohammed Zakee</given_name>      <surname>Ahmed*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. Ajij D</given_name>       <surname>Sayyad</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Associate Professor, Department of E&amp;TC, MIT Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India.</organization>   </contributors>
Most of the wireless standards used these days, heavily rely on Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM). Peak to Average Power Ratio (PAPR) is one of the known key acknowledged confines of OFDM. Reduced PAPR at OFDM transmitter helps power amplifier to operate in stable mode and reduction in complexity of digital to analog converter (DAC). Several PAPR reduction techniques have been evolved from different principles such as signal scrambling techniques, such as Partial Transmit Sequence (PTS), signal distortion techniques such as Clipping, etc. Reducing PAPR degrades bit error rate (BER) or computational complexity. PTS is one of the best methods of PAPR reduction. There is large scope of betterment of PTS to get a best PAPR reduction technique. In this paper we have concentrated on PTS scheme by exploring PTS and its variants evolved over a period of time. We proposed a novel PTS with best performance balancing PAPR and BER performance. Design and development of scheme is done using a graphical programming environment LabVIEW (Laboratory Virtual Instrumentation Engineering Workbench) and real time environment validation is done with software defined radio – NIUSRP2922, which is National Instruments Universal Software Radio Peripheral. The paper has three sections in first section, Introduction, the OFDM fundamentals and PAPR are defined in design perspective, in second section conventional and proposed PTS schemes have been explained. Some of the common plant leaf diseases are powdery mildew, dark spot and rust. They are a noteworthy wellspring of an immense number of dollar worth of setbacks to farmers on a yearly premise. Plant breeders frequently need to screen countless number of plant leaves to find the stage of diseases of their crops to perform an early treatments. Therefore, a robust method for field screening is needed in order to spare the farmers and the environment as well. Inappropriate used of treatments such as impulsive pesticides can imperil the environment. Hence, this paper present a simple and efficient machine learning method which is Fuzzy C-Means algorithm to screen leaf disease severity in maize. Fuzzy C-Means is a new algorithm and very efficient to be used in object detection. Therefore, it is applicable to detect disease spot in plant leaf and measure the diseases severity. This field screening method help the farmer to identify the progression of the diseases in their crops quicker and easier than the other field screening techniques.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>464</first_page>     <last_page>467</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.A4193.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/A4193119119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Modified Design of Savonius Wind Turbine Blade for Performance Improvement</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Laboratory of Renewable Energies and Environment (LR2E), Faculty of Science, Ibn Tofail University, B.P 133-14000 Kenitra, Morocco.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>M.</given_name>      <surname>Zemamou*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>A.</given_name>       <surname>Toumi</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Laboratoire d’Ingénierie, Management Industriel et Innovation, University Hassan 1er Settat, Morocco.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>K.</given_name>       <surname>Mrigua</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Laboratory of Renewable Energies and Environment (LR2E), Faculty of Science, Ibn Tofail University, B.P 133-14000 Kenitra, Morocco.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>M.</given_name>       <surname>Aggour</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Laboratory of Renewable Energies and Environment (LR2E), Faculty of Science, Ibn Tofail University, B.P 133-14000 Kenitra, Morocco.</organization>   </contributors>
In the context of worldwide energetic transition, wind energy shows up as one of the most prominent renewable energy to provide an alternative for the conventional energy source. Therefore, new technologies of a wind turbine are developed, horizontal axis wind turbines have been extensively investigated and evolved. However, the development of vertical axis wind turbines is still an open and area of research, The main objective is to develop a more efficient type of wind turbines able to operate at low wind speeds to take hold maximum wind potential, The Savonius rotor goes with such conditions, however, it faces critical drawbacks, in particular, the low performance in comparison with horizontal axis wind turbines, as well, the blade in return of savonius wind turbine generates a negative torque leading to a decrement of turbine performance. The present work aims to investigate a modified model of the conventional Savonius rotors with a focus on improving the coefficient of power, transient computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations are carried out in an effort to perform a validation of numerical results according to experimental data, also to conduct a comparative analysis of both savonius models.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>11</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>1432</first_page> <last_page>1437</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijitee.A4202.119119</doi> <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/A4202119119/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Effectiveness of Capital Structure on Profitability- IT Companies Perspective</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Research Scholar (Part-Time), Yogi Vemana University, YSR Kadapa-516005.</organization> <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Shaik Abdul</given_name> <surname>Mazeed*</surname> </person_name> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Dr. P. In order to acquire the money or capital a company will have its own variety sources that can be elucidated by capital structure. There are two ways or sources for financing a firm i.e. debt finance and equity finance also known as debt and equity capital. Debt Capital comes from bonds, debentures, long term notes payable etc. whereas equity capital comes from stock/shares may be equity or preference, retained earnings etc. Working capital is also a part of capital structure. Each category has its own pros and cons. Decisions related to finance is the integral element of any company. In this connection, the finance manager plays a vital role in arriving at a decision. He is always in dilemma that which proportion of capital leads to optimum utilization of funds. The widely accepted solution is a combination of equity capital and debt capital. Generally capital structure is formulated as per the interest of equity share holders. Hence rather than collecting funds totally from share holders, it is better to have a long term loan also, even though it is an expense to the company, this method is followed by many companies. De-mosaicingis absolute reverse of mosaicking, where the process is to reconstruct the full color image from the given incomplete color samples. In past several methods of de-mosaicing have been proposed however, they have many shortcomings such as computational complexity and high computational load, not matching the original images. Hence we have proposed a methodology named as MFIT i.e. Matrix factorization Iterative Tunable approach, the main aim of this methodology is to improvise the reconstruction quality. In order to achieve the better reconstruction quality we have used the MFIT algorithm at each iteration this helps in avoiding the image artifacts and it is achieved through the image block adjustment also it reduces the computational load. Moreover in order to evaluate the proposed algorithm we have compared it with nearly 12 algorithm based on the value of PSNR and SSIM, the theoretical results and comparative analysis shows that our algorithm excels compared to the other existing method of de-mosaicing.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>473</first_page>     <last_page>480</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.A4213.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/A4213119119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Migration from Traditional Village to Group Settlement Area: AN Analysis of Felda Experience</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Pusat Citra, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Malaysia.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Zulkifli</given_name>      <surname>Mohamad*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Nazri Muslim Pusat</given_name>       <surname>Citra</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Malaysia.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Wan Zulkifli Wan</given_name>       <surname>Hassan</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Pusat Citra, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Malaysia.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Azizi</given_name>       <surname>Umar</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Pusat Citra, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Malaysia.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Maharam</given_name>       <surname>Mamat</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Pusat Citra, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Malaysia.</organization>   </contributors>
At the time the country gained independence, most Malays were still living in traditional village and in poverty. A total of 616 migrants of all races and religions, from all over the country were located in FELDA of Lurah Bilut. The programme was then expanded to the whole country following its success. After 50 years of operation, there are now 317 settlements, dwelt by 112,653 families. FELDA agricultural migration programme is the only well-planned and most successful in the world. The profit of the company mainly depends on the customer satisfaction. The view of the customer can be analyzed only through feedback. The review analysis can be utilized for the prediction of current sales and future sales of the company. With this overview, the paper aims in performing the sentiment analysis of the movie review. The Type of comment given by the customer is predicted and categorized into classes. The sentiment Analysis on movie Review dataset taken from the KAGGLE leading Dataset repository is used for implementation. The categorization of sentiment classes is achieved in five categories. Firstly, the target count for each sentiment is portrayed. The Resampling is done for equalizing the target sentiment count. Secondly, the extraction of sentiment feature words for each target is displayed and the data cleaning is done with Term Frequency Inverse document Frequency method. Thirdly, the resampled dataset is then fitted with the various classifiers like Multinomial Naives Bayes Classifier, Logistic Regression Classifier, KNearest Neighbors Classifier, Bernoulli Naives Bayes Classifier, Complement Naives Bayes Classifier, Nearest Centroid Classifer, Passive Aggressive Classifier, SGD Classifier, Ridge Classifier, Perceptron Classifier. Fourth, the feature extraction is done with Hashing Vectorizer and Counting Vectorizer. The vocabulary features are also displayed from the dataset. Fifth, the Performance analysis of clasifier is done with metrics like Accuracy, Recall, FScore and Precision. The implementation is carried out using python code in Spyder Anaconda Navigator IP Console. Experimental results shows that the sentiment prediction and classification done by Ridge classifier is found to be effective with Precision of 0.89, Recall of 0.88, FScore of 0.87 and Accuracy of 89%.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>737</first_page>     <last_page>743</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.A4220.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/A4220119119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Extended Distributed Suboptimal Channel Assignment Algorithm Based Channel Assignment for Wireless Local Area Networks in a Multi Agent Environment</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Research Scholar, Vels University, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>P.</given_name>      <surname>Sunitha*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. K.L.</given_name>       <surname>Shunmuganathan</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Principal, Aarupadai Veedu Institute of Technology, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India.</organization>   </contributors>
Due to the universal use of IEEE 802.11 – based networks, the systematic positioned of Wireless Local Area Networks (WLANs) come to be a Challenge. PSD is an Optical Position Sensor (OPS) that can measure a position of a radiation spot in one or two-dimensions on a sensor surface. Unlike discrete elements such as Charge-Coupled Device (CCD), it provides continuous position data, features high position resolution and high-speed response which give this paper its importance. The sensor used consists of two-dimensional array of photodiodes. The sensor has four output photocurrents that change according to the position of incident radiation on the surface. The work is divided into three parts of Modeling and Simulation; the first part is a single photodiode, Second part is one-dimensional array of photodiodes and the third one is two-dimensional array of photodiodes. The tool used to do the simulation is MATLAB software because it is professional and accurate tool, it has photodiode element and it is possible to control the beam of incident light. This research can be useful for Acquisition; Pointing and Tracking (APT) systems where this sensor will give the necessary data to do tracking operation. Proteus software was also been used as a secondary tool.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>744</first_page>     <last_page>753</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.A4226.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/A4226119119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Understanding of CSFs in the application of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Toll expressway in Malaysia</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Faculty of Economics and Muamalat (FEM), Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), Malaysia.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Syaromi</given_name>      <surname>Ramli*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Zainal Abidin</given_name>       <surname>Mohamed</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Faculty of Economics and Muamalat (FEM), Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), Malaysia.</organization>   </contributors>
Expressways are extremely expensive to build and maintain. A major infrastructure project and services involve massive public investments starting from planning, land acquisition, grading, paving and other expenditure. As an alternative, Public Private Partnership (PPP) is a popular tool for the government to cope and meet the increasingly demand by capitalising on private sectors ‘resource and expertise. Given the inherent advantages of PPP model over conventional model, the PPP model was highly favoured and adopted for toll expressway development in Malaysia. Many studies have been made on PPP in the literature but very few have been conducted to investigate factors affecting adoption of PPP toll expressway in Malaysia. Thus, this paper attempts to register all these Critical Success Factors (CSFs) from available journal articles published since 2012. Twenty (20) articles were identified and all the CSFs in them were registered in one list. A two stage exploratory sequential mixed method design was adopted. The first stage was to list all the 161 CSFs that illustrated in the articles and qualitatively analysed them (using thematic analysis) and this resulted in reducing the number to 77. Then these 77 themes of CSFs went through of consolidating exercise into grouping them under the relevant Clusters. Overall, there are nine (9) clusters of criteria of CSFs that can be consolidated as factors affecting on adoption of PPP namely;(1) risks cluster, (2) governmental influence cluster, (3)project viability cluster, (4)organisational cluster, (5)economic and financial cluster, (6)legal framework cluster, (7)technology and innovation cluster, (8) social and environment cluster, and (9) trust cluster. The consolidated nine (9) clusters of CSFs list then went through a final stage of analysis for validation. A set of questionnaire to validate the degree of importance of these nine (9) clusters of factor affecting was prepared and sent to thirty (30) experts in PPP from three (3) main sectors; public, private and academic. The descriptive analysis was done by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 23.0 to differentiate these nine (9) clusters of factor affecting through their mean score. Finally, based on the group mean score value higher than 3.95, three (3) clusters of CSFs were selected as the most factor affecting in adoption of PPP namely; governmental influence, project viability and trust. This list is recommended to be considered in future studies of the influencing factors of involvement private sectors into PPP particularly on expressway projects.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>2082</first_page>     <last_page>2087</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.A4230.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/A4230119119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Mechanical Behaviour of Palm Fiber (Palmyra Spout) – Basalt Fiber - Hybrid Composites</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Faculty-Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sri Sai Ram Engineering College, Chennai, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>D.</given_name>      <surname>Prabu*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>A.</given_name>       <surname>Giriprasath</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Sri Manakula Vinayagar Engineering College, Puducherry, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>V.</given_name>       <surname>Prasanna</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>UG Student- Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sri Sai Ram Engineering College, Chennai, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>G.</given_name>       <surname>Mohanakrishnan</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>UG Student- Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sri Sai Ram Engineering College, Chennai, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>S.</given_name>       <surname>Viknesh</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>UG Student- Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sri Sai Ram Engineering College, Chennai, India.</organization>   </contributors>
In general the natural fibers are taken out from the sources of animals and plants. In this paper the investigation of various mechanical properties of hybrid reinforced composite (Palm fiber Basalt S-glass fiber) is been done on the fabricated samples. The different mechanical property includes tensile, hardness and impact tests etc... The fabrication comprises three layers of Palm and Basalt fibers outer laminated by two layers of S-glass fibers using injection molding method. From the various testing and investigation against the test sample it is been concluded that the fibers in the hybrid set took a major role in determining the important mechanical properties. Thus the fibers present in the hybrid composite increases the strength, stiffness and weight ratio of the composite materials. The castings were produced in a regular production foundry using 1.25T Induction Furnace. The molten metal was subjected to standard desulphurisation and modularisation to get graphite in the nodular form. Based on the earlier investigation by the above group the castings were austenitised at 900oC for 120minutes and quenched in a salt bath consisting of potassium nitrate and sodium nitratein the ratio of 55:45 and maintained at 310oC for 120 minutes to bring about austempering treatment. The result in austempered ductile iron will consist of graphite nodules in a matrix of bainite[1,2]. The effect of austempering heat treatment on microstructure, mechanical properties[13,14] andwear characteristics were studied and compared with the as-cast condition. Mechanical properties such as ultimate tensile strength, % elongation, hardness and impact strength were determined. Wear tests were carried out to determine the weight loss of specimens; using pin on disc type machine. Wear test was held for different loads viz. 300 gm, 400 gm and 500 gm and different speeds conditions viz. 950 r.p.m, 1430 r.p.m and 2130 r.p.m. Corrosion tests were carried out to determine corrosion rate at different viz. 35°C &amp; 45°C temperature for increasing duration viz. 2 hours to 24 hours. The results of the research investigation indicate that the heat treated castings shows higher Ultimate Tensile Setength values (54.86% increase), elongation values (64.32% increase) and Brinell hardness values (19.03% increases) as compared to the ascast condition of casting. From the dry sliding wear studies, it is seen that heat treated specimen’s shows higher resistance to wear compared to the ascast specimens and corrosion rate &amp; weight loss due to corrosion in heat treated condition is less compared to ascast ones.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>754</first_page>     <last_page>760</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.A4234.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/A4234119119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>E-Voting Infrastructure System for Indonesia</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Information System Management, Bina Nusantara, Jakarta, Indonesia.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Agustina</given_name>      <surname>Ampuni*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Adi</given_name>       <surname>Fitrianto</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Information System Management, Bina Nusantara, Jakarta, Indonesia.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Renaldy</given_name>       <surname>Indrajaya</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Information System Management, Bina Nusantara, Jakarta, Indonesia.</organization>   </contributors>
In digital era, Indonesia as democratic country needs to implement e-voting for presidential and governor election. S-WBANs are primarily used as a smart object with computer-assisted rehabilitation. They serve as a remote monitoring service in smart electronic healthcare to continuously measure the vital parameters like heart rate, insulin level, body temperature, etc. They are thereby providing doctors with early detection of a patient’s medical conditions. However, sharing of sensitive personal data over a wireless network requires a high level of security. Since any breach in the system security will lead to a direct violation of the patient’s privacy. In order to address the security vulnerability of the existing system, in this paper a block chain based Smart Wireless Body Area Networks has been proposed to provide better security with enhanced privacy and access control for E- health care monitoring system. Approach consists in combination of experimental data and of computational simulating results. For simulation of electrothermal characteristics of SOI CMOS transistor is considered three-layered structure. Temperature distribution is calculated numerically using iterative algorithm in conjunction with software COMSOL Multiphysics. I-V dates of SOI CMOS transistors are calculated by means of two-dimensional models for n-and p-channel transistors of Sentaurus TCAD developed in the system of instrument and technological modelling. TCAD models are calibrated on experimental characteristics for 525 K. It is shown that with growth of ambient temperature the self-heating mechanism contribution consistently decreases. By results of modeling it is established that self-heating contributions at supply voltages 5.5 V to decreases for n-transistor in 2.8 times, p-transistor in 2.2 times. The relative decline of current n-type transistor for reduced from 11.6% to 5.5% and for p-type with 15% to 9%. However, different dynamics of current recession for n-and p-transistors is significant for analog applications that need to be considered at high-temperature circuit design. The proposed methodology allows to critically assess the contribution of the self-heating mechanism on the I-V dates for a wide range of high temperatures and supply voltages. Underestimating this fact leads to unreasonable values for the maximum temperature and limit of thermal stability for the separate SOI CMOS transistor. In total this can be a prerequisite for a significant simplification of the design of not only the chip construction but also the whole electronic Board.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>11</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>1446</first_page> <last_page>1450</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijitee.A4244.119119</doi> <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/A4244119119/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Water Hazard Prediction using Machine Learning</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Perusing Computer Science and Engineering in SRM Institute of Science And Technology located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.</organization> <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>D.</given_name> <surname>Dakshin*</surname> </person_name> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>V. However, these industries have suffered from lack of standards in quality control, higher time of grading and low product output because of the use of manual methods. To meet the increasing demand of quality fruit products, fruit-processing industries must consider automating their fruit grading process. Several algorithms have been proposed over the years to achieve this purpose and their works were based on color, shape and inability to handle large dataset which resulted in slow recognition accuracy. To mitigate these flaws, we develop an automated system for grading and classification of apple using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) used in image recognition and classification. Two models were developed from CNN using ResNet50 as its convolutional base, a process called transfer learning. The first model, the apple checker model (ACM) performs the recognition of the image with two output connections (apple and non-apple) while the apple grader model (AGM) does the classification of the image that has four output classes (spoiled, grade A, grade B &amp; grade C) if the image is an apple. A comparison evaluation of both models were conducted and experimental results show that the ACM achieved a test accuracy of 100% while the AGM obtained recognition rate of 99.89%.The developed system may be employed in food processing industries and related life applications.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>1458</first_page>     <last_page>1464</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.A4246.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/A4246119119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Journalist System using Tweeter News Media Traffic</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Computer Science Department, BINUS Graduate Program – Master of Computer Science, Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta, Indonesia</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Abba Suganda</given_name>      <surname>Girsang*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Sani Muhamad</given_name>       <surname>Isa</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Computer Science Department, BINUS Graduate Program – Master of Computer Science, Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta, Indonesia</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Ikrar</given_name>       <surname>Harvy</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Computer Science Department, BINUS Graduate Program – Master of Computer Science, Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta, Indonesia</organization>   </contributors>
Journalists have some responsibility as their duty. Consequently, it demands higher educational institutions the necessity to draw special attention to enhance the efficiency of educational processes in preparing future teachers. In this article, the mechanism of implementation monitoring processes on improvement of the system of preparation teachers for pedagogical career in the high educational institutions has revealed. In this monitoring the distributional parameters of the corresponding processes according to the direction has taken into consideration and provided prognoses of them on the basis of interrelation and impact between indicators. On this purpose, the algorithmic model of interrelations between indicators of argumentative, procedural and productive directions of a process has developed. This model gives the chance to obtain the predicted information on educational process based on certain evidence, to define necessary organizational and pedagogical measures by comparison with the expected results, corrections, specifications and modernizations of teaching and learning processes.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>768</first_page>     <last_page>774</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.A4249.119119</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/A4249119119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Detecting Online Spams through Supervised Learning Techniques</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Srmist, Ramapuram, Chennai, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>M.S</given_name>      <surname>Minu*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Kamagiri</given_name>       <surname>Mounika</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Srmist, Ramapuram, Chennai, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>N.</given_name>       <surname>Suhasini</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department Of Computer Science And Engineering, Srmist, Ramapuram, Chennai, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Bezawada</given_name>       <surname>Tejaswi</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Science And Engineering, Srmist, Ramapuram, Chennai, India.</organization>   </contributors>
With more customers utilizing on the online review surveys to educate their administration basic leadership, assessment of reviews which economically affect the reality of organizations.
