A maximum amount of Power resources are absorbed by the data centre because of huge amount of data processing which is increased abnormally. So it’s the time to think about the energy consumption in cloud environment. Existing Energy Consumption systems are limited in terms of virtualization because improper virtualization leads to loads imbalance and excessive power consumption and inefficiency in terms of computational power. Billing[1,2 ] is another exciting feature that is closely related to energy consumption, because higher or lesser billing depends on energy consumption somehow-as we know that cloud providers allow cloud users to access resources as pay-per-use, so these resources need to be optimally selected to process the user request to maximize user satisfaction in the distributed virtualized environment. There may be an inequity between the actual power consumption by the users and the provided billing records by the providers, So any false accusation that may claimed by each other to get illegal compensations. To avoid such accusation, we propose a work to consolidate the VMs using the Power Management as a Service (PMaaS) model in such a way, to reduce power consumption by maximum resource utilization without live-migration of the virtual machines by using the concept of Virtual Servers. The proposed PMaaS model uses a new “Auto-fit VM placement algorithm”, which computes tasks resource demands, models a Virtual Machine that fits those demands, and places the Virtual Machines on a Virtual server made by the collective resources (CPU, Memory, Storage and Bandwidth) from the respective schedulers directly connected to the actual physical servers and that has the minimum remaining resources which is large enough to accommodate such a Virtual Machine.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>12</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>1437</first_page> <last_page>1446</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijitee.B6163.129219</doi> <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/B6163129219/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Effect of Silane Treated and UN –Treated Jute and Glass hybrid Polymer Composites</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>School of Aeronautical Sciences, Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 603103, India</organization> <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>H. The existing models are deemed difficult in identifying the critical features for degree of injury classification. Some of which are considerable irrelevant and cause the inconsistency decision on process to determine degree of injury among the practitioners. If the Visum et Repertum (VeR) report is not well interpreted, the victim will get injustice decision. The purpose of this study is to develop a hybrid model for determining degree of injury. Based on Visum et Repertum (VeR) data. The model can classify the output of either having a minor, moderate, or serious injury which inclusively stated in Indonesian Penal Code. A hybrid model is developed from literature and case studies are conducted in three hospitals in Pekanbaru, Indonesia. Analysis is performed to discover the suitable component of the model-due to lack of comparison and analysis on the combination of critical features analysis and optimize the classification algorithm. Development and testing of the model are utilized VeR Dataset as private dataset (289 patients’ data). In validating model, three case studies are investigated based on Subject Matter Expert (SME) groups to identify the agreement level. The questionnaires consist of a component, implementation, and viability of model that involved. Hybrid model components are validated by the SMEs, whereby the group determined highest rank of accuracy performance. Result from the questionnaire reveal that the average agreement level of SMEs. In conclusion, the finding shows hybrid model is generated 99.23% accuracy. The model components are implementable as a model and acceptable by the Practitioners as contribution for determining degree of injury.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>12</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>1357</first_page>     <last_page>1365</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.B6169.129219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/B6169129219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>An Efficient Motion and Noise Artifacts Removal Method using GAIT and Machine Learning Model</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Research Scholar, Department of ISE, Dr. AIT Bengaluru, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>S.</given_name>      <surname>Pushpalatha*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. Shrishail</given_name>       <surname>Math</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Professor, Department Of CSE, SKIT, India.</organization>   </contributors>
obtaining an exact measurement of oxygen saturation (SpO2) using a finger-probe based pulse oximeter is dependent on both artifact-free infrared (IR) and red (R) Photoplethysmographic signals. However, in actual real-time environment condition, these Photoplethysmographic signals are corrupted due to presence of motion artifact (MA) signal that is produced due to the movement/motion from either hand or finger. To address this motion artifacts interference, the cause of the contamination of Photoplethysmographic signals by the motion artifacts signal is observed using GAIT. Motion and noise artifacts enforce constraints on the usability of the Photoplethysmographic, predominantly in the setting of sleep disorder detection and ambulatory monitoring. Motion and noise artifacts can alter Photoplethysmographic, resulting wrong approximation of physiological factors such as arterial oxygen saturation and heart rate. For overcoming issues and problems, this manuscript presented a new approach for detection of artifacts. First, present an adaptive filter and adaptive threshold model to detect artifact and obtain derivative of correlation coefficient (CC) for labelling artifacts, respectively. Lastly, Improved Support Vector Machine Model is presented to perform classification. Experiment are conducted on real-time dataset. So, exact detection of crater is necessary. For morphological analysis and detection of crater size distribution lunar craters is necessary. Detection of craters from visual analysis may be a tough task because it needs vast information regarding that particular area also it need skill and lots of manpower. Thus cheapest and Powerful automatic crater detection methodology is required. For better detection of crater here image based crater detection is proposed. In this, the crater will detected with different methodology like SVD, KNN and Hybrid method using CHANDRAYAAN-1 TMC image with the help of MATLAB.KNN found better than SVD and hybrid method takes advantages of both.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>12</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>1447</first_page>     <last_page>1451</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.B6187.129219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/B6187129219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Sports Navigator – A Framework for all Sports Intelligence using Machine Learning (Game Census)</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Associate Professor, Dept of ISE, NIE, Mysuru, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Srinath</given_name>      <surname>R*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Naga</given_name>       <surname>Swetha</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Devarakonda Computer Network engineering from VTU, Belegavi at NIE, Mysuru.India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Arun</given_name>       <surname>Biradar</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Professor &amp; Head, Dept of Computer Science &amp; engg, EWIT, Bengaluru, India.</organization>   </contributors>
There are significant advances in the field of Machine Learning and Data analytics over the past few years and its use-cases has spread across various application areas starting from Transportation to Medical. The chickens are mainly affected by the variation of temperature and relative humidity. The arrangement of these parameters is accomplished by selecting proper control techniques. In this paper, an optimized controller for the stabilization of the poultry house system has been designed in order to reduce the heat stress of broilers and to achieve the preservation of chickens’ health and comfort. A hygro-thermal model describing the behavior of the poultry house is decomposed into two single loops based on the theory of the effective open-loop transfer function. Adopting a model reduction technique, the equivalent transfer function of each loop is then designed by developing an independent multi-loop PID controller. The initial stability of the reduced model is assured via the Hermite-Biehler theorem. Then, the Genetic Algorithm is adopted to search the optimal gain values that contribute to the desired indoor climate monitoring. An extensive numerical simulation is tested with original experiments measures to show the effectiveness of the design control and the results are compared to those of the ant colony optimization and Ziegler-Nichols methods.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>12</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>1898</first_page>     <last_page>1905</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.B6203.129219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/B6203129219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Mechanical behaviour on Replacement of Aggregate by E-waste in Concrete</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, Aarupadai Veedu Institute of Technology, Chennai, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>R.</given_name>      <surname>Abirami*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Srija</given_name>       <surname>Juluru</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, Department of Civil Engineering ,Aarupadai Veedu Institute of Technology, Chennai, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. D.S.</given_name>       <surname>Vijayan</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Associat Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, AVIT, Chennai, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Yalakapalli</given_name>       <surname>balaji</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>UG Studenat Department of Civil Engineering, AVIT, Chennai, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Ananthu</given_name>       <surname>R S</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>UG Studenat Department of Civil Engineering, AVIT, Chennai, India.</organization>   </contributors>
Concrete is a widely used material in all construction work. Functional connectivity is a change in the functional connections between brain regions when an activity takes place. The correlation value gives the strength of functional connectivity. Pearson’s correlation method was used to calculate the correlation coefficient between two time series. Mutual information which denotes the information successfully transmitted through a channel was also considered. A dynamic method is demonstrated in this paper to improve registration process of SAR images. At first, smoothing filtering is used for noise reduction based on gaussian-kernel filter to set aside the pursue-up amplification of noise. Then; area based matching method, cross correlation, is used to perform a coarse registration. The output of the coarse registration is directly applied to the regular step gradient descent (RSGD) optimizer as a fine registration process. The performance of the demonstrated method was evaluated via comparison with the common used corner detectors (Harris, Minimum Eigenvalues, and FAST). Mean square error (MSE) and peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) are the main factors for the comparison. The results show that the demonstrated approach preserves the robustness of the registration process and minimizes the image noise.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>12</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>2361</first_page>     <last_page>2367</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.B6226.129219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/B6226129219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Use of Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement and Bagasse Ash in Bituminous Flexible Pavement</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Civil Engineering, Rimt University, Punjab, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Faizan</given_name>      <surname>Zargar*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Punit</given_name>       <surname>Verma</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Civil Engineering Department, Rimt University, Punjab, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Sandeep</given_name>       <surname>Singla</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Civil Engineering Department, Rimt University, Punjab, India.</organization>   </contributors>
An attempt has been made to utilize the waste material such as reclaimed asphalt pavement and bagasse ash by replacing coarse aggregate sieve by sieve and cement while preparing the bituminous mix sample. An experimental work is carried in constant volume combustion chamber for getting conditions like diesel engine combustion to study the ignition delay characteristics of diesel engine combustion by varying combustion chamber air pressure. In this experimental work, air pressure of combustion chamber varied from 10 to 25 bar, hot surface temperature inside the combustion chamber varied from 350°C to 550°C and fuel injection pressures varied from 100 to 200 bar for hollow cone spray and solid cone spray . For this work a set-up is made in which the flame detection is done by digital storage oscilloscope using an optical method. The findings of the work suggests that combustion chamber air pressure and injection pressure are significantly varies the values of ignition delay at a particular hot surface temperature. Therefore, the paper empirically examines the influence of gender inequality and female labour force participation in the civil service on the economic growth of Nigeria. The data cut across 35 states in Nigeria from 2008 to 2016. The model is estimated using a panel data Fixed Effect estimation. The findings suggested that the economic cost of an increase in men’s employment at the expense of women’s employment may have a negative impact on economic growth. Thus, the pursuit of equi-gender representation is an important measure towards, women empowerment, reducing their dependency, elevating their socio-economic status, and achieving economic growth.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>12</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>1375</first_page> <last_page>1382</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijitee.B6238.129219</doi> <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/B6238129219/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Multi-tier Framework for Optimizing Pairwise Key Predistribution in Sensory Applications</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Science &amp; Engineering, K.S Institute of Technology, Affiliated to VTU, Belagavi, India.</organization> <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Vaneeta</given_name> <surname>M*</surname> </person_name> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>S. If failed to be treated on time, they pave the way for numerous medical issues and these issues can lead to fatal deterioration of health, and in worst case death. These issues are winding up more awful in the villages because of the shortage of authorities, specialists and healthcare centres. To mention as a fact, the practitioners in Primary Health Care Centres (PHC) who provide 80% of outpatient care, don’t have proper qualifications for it. Considering the scenario of rural India, more than 8% of 25,300 primary health centres in the country were operating without a proper doctor, 38% had absence of a laboratory technician, and 22% had no pharmacist. The reason for the shortages of educated doctors is that trained and city-bred doctors are unwilling to serve in rural areas. In this paper, with a goal to address such issues, we have made endeavors to plan and create a master framework for practitioners and patients to enter the symptoms and find out the relevant disease. For most users, however, just the recognition of the disease is not helpful. This paper introduces a novel concept to augment the result of the recognized disease with affinity analysis to perform market basket analysis to help users identify their symptoms more easily and ameliorate the set of symptoms-input for classification. The study was applied at Abu Rawash WWTP effluent channel using the smooth and rough polyethylene strips where a biofilm layer forms above its surface. The removal ratio for smooth polyethylene strips for BOD and TSS was 4.45 and 4.33% respectively, while for the rough polyethylene strips was 14.10 and 13.37 respectively. This shows the success of the polyethylene strips even smooth or rough to remove both the BOD and TSS from treated wastewater. The results show that the material roughness affected the treatment efficiency with proportional effect. And the rough surface has a good removal efficiency that makes it more applicable for such purpose of enhancing the treated wastewater with very low cost technique.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>12</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>3514</first_page>     <last_page>3519</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.B6266.129219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/B6266129219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Determination of Relative Positions of Points Without Establishing Physical Contact With The Object By Concept Of Photogrammetry</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, Department of Civil Engineering in various universities in India including, Graphic Era Hill University, Shoolini University, Bahra University, Green Hills Engineering College, Green Hills Engineering College, Bells Institute of Management and Technology.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Manoj</given_name>      <surname>Karagudri*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Rambha</given_name>       <surname>Thakur</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, Madhav University, India</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Smeet</given_name>       <surname>Faldu</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, Madhav University, India</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Narendra Kumar</given_name>       <surname>Maurya</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from Madhav University, India</organization>   </contributors>
Research work done in Terrestrial photogrammetry to calculate and determine various unknown relative positions and parameters of the object. The architecture is developed using Verilog HDL and is simulated using Xilinx ISim simulator and synthesized using Virtex 6 FPGA. The Look up table or LUT utilization when the number of input pixels that can be simultaneously processed is varied and hardware cost is analysed. The architecture designed can process four pixels simultaneously with a maximum frequency of 30MHz. The analysis shows that the number of image frames that can be processed vary from 73 to 122 frames per second. During the process of extracting of this meaningful information number of challenges needs to be addressed for a high-resolution image. These high-resolution images which contain minimum of 300 pixels per inch are also known as ‘coarse’ images. One common problem of coarse image is it combines the spectral properties of intermixed pixels. This nature of coarse image will lead to ambiguity in grouping the pixels into clusters which are in turn constitute to different objects in the input image. To reduce this ambiguity in classifying or grouping the pixels, Ant Colony Optimization and Fuzzy Logic which is a Hybrid classification technique is proposed. The ACO has solved many classification problems. Object recognition in remote sensing images is used to locate various geographical locations for monitoring and observing GIS information, but the accuracy is not satisfactory. This research considers it as a base problem and analyzes, and it is motivated to provide a better solution regarding classification accuracy. The main objective of this study is to design and implement a framework named Natural Disaster detection on Remote Sensing data (NDRSD) for detecting and classifying the objects from remote sensing images. The efficiency of the framework increased by applying various image processing stages such as Pre-processing, Image Enhancement, Object Detection, Bag-of-Words creation, and Training – Testing process. With the end goal to enhance the recognition rate of systems, numerous specialists have conveyed strategies, for example, HMM, Artificial Neural Networks, and Kinect stage. Effective algorithms for segmentation, classification, pattern matching, and recognition have evolved. Gesture-based communication is generally utilized by people with hearing disabilities to speak with one another helpfully utilizing hand motions. The system uses image processing technology and neural networking for the capturing and conversion of gestures. A number of python packages are used to process and generate the results. The application uses laptop webcam for capturing gestures and recognize gestures shown by the user. The application uses TensorFlow and Keras to generate the model for datasets. The gestures shown by the user are compared with stored gestures and the corresponding output is generated along with speech output. The problem of inverse calculation of a fuzzy matrix is converted to solving a fuzzy polynomial equations (FPEs) system. In this approach, the fuzzy system is transformed to an equivalent system of crisp polynomial equations. The solutions of the crisp polynomial equations system is computed using eigenvalue method. Also, using Gröbner basis properties a criteria for invertibility of the fuzzy matrix is introduced. Furthermore, a novel algorithm is proposed to find a fuzzy inverse matrix. Achieving all entries of a fuzzy inverse matrix at a time is a big advantage comparing the existence methods. The problem of using clayey soil for civil engineering constructions has been observed since early ages.. On the basis of type of soil, soil stabilization is undertaken and is a major technology in construction engineering. Soil strengthening refers to the process of enhancing physical, chemical and mechanical properties of soil to maintain its stability. In this investigation, an attempt has been made to improve the engineering properties of locally available clayey soil near Mahabalipuram by making a composite mix with silica fume and wood ash with equal composition in various proportions. Addition of such materials will increase the physical as well as chemical properties of the soil. study, experimental investigations are carried out to study the beneficial effects of stabilizing Clay soil using silica fume and wood ash with 3%, 5% and 7%. The tests were conducted in order to evaluate the improvement in strength characteristics of the sub graded soil. The parameters tested included the Atterberg limits, Modified Proctor Density, California bearing ratio (CBR). For the agricultural wastewater is the huge amount of wastewater and also it is the main disposal for all other wastewater, so its treatment became the most easy way to get new water resource with big quantities and continuity. The most serious problem in the drain wastewater is industrial wastewater pollutants for its containing of heavy metals and toxic substances. The study concentrates on finding a low cost and easy treatment procedure to make the dream of the agricultural drain wastewater reuse possible. Several studies applied agricultural wastes as an adsorbent material for removing successfully heavy metals from wastewater. So, in this study rice husk was used by putting as a block across the steam to work as adsorbing filter to remove the existing zinc and chromium appears due to industrial wastewater direct disposal in agricultural drains wastewater. The obtained Zn+2 removal ratios was 94.33% and Cr (VI) removal ratio was 89.2%. The study illustrated that the removal ratio is proportional with the adsorption media length for the contact time increase. The rice husk waste achieved removal efficiency for zinc better than Cr (VI). The success of use the agricultural waste as cheap adsorbent in treatment of agricultural drains wastewater polluted from industrial wastewater open the door for the existing drains to be easily treated with minimum cost and no effect on their profiles and saving the environment from heavy metals harm pollution.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>12</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>1218</first_page>     <last_page>1221</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.B6298.129219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/B6298129219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Moving Surface Boundary Layer Technique For NACA 0012 Airfoil At Ultra-Low Reynolds Number</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Mechanical Engineering, Marwadi University, Rajkot,Gujrat,India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Y.</given_name>      <surname>Joshi</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Ankit</given_name>       <surname>kumar</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Aerospace Engineering, KIIT (DU), Bhubaneswar, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>A.</given_name>       <surname>Roy</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Aerospace Engineering, IIT Kharagpur, West Bengal, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Atal Bihari</given_name>       <surname>Harichandan*</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Aerospace Engineering, KIIT (DU), Bhubaneswar, India.</organization>   </contributors>
Application of moving surface boundary layer control technique has been confined to relatively high Reynolds numbers. The configuration parameters of the nodes are updated by means of reprogramming and reconfiguration through over air programming. In data dissemination, the data are so sensitive that even a small change in a data will lead to data corruption and nodes will not perform intended services. In most of the existing systems, providing energy efficient secured data dissemination is a major concern. The attackers can interrupt the process data dissemination and launch various types of attacks, In-order to overcome these challenges. In this paper, a novel Secure Based Dissemination protocol is proposed which can provide energy efficient data dissemination. The proposed protocol ensures better authentication during data dissemination. The proposed protocol is implemented in NS2 simulator. With the improvement of cloud computing, database owners are enthused to outsource the enormous size of biometric information and verification activity to the cloud to dispose of the costly capacity and calculation costs, which anyway carries potential dangers to clients' security. This article presents an proficient and protection saving biometric verification outsourcing plan. In particular, the biometric information is encoded and redistributed to the cloud server. To execute a biometric verification, the database owner encodes the query information and submits it to the cloud. The cloud performs verification tasks over the encoded database and returns the outcome to the database owner. A careful security examination shows the proposed plan is secure regardless of whether aggressors can produce verification demands and intrigue with the cloud. There are 6 Subdistricts in Makassar City that are designated as slums especially Tallo Urban Village so that the problem in this study can be formulated regarding various factors that led to the development of slums in Tallo Urban District of Makassar. The purpose of this study is to identify the cause of the development of slums in Tallo Urban Village, Makassar City. In this study, the slums are characterized by physical areas (building management, water supply, wastewater management, drainage facilities, and environmental roads), non-physical areas (ownership of land rights, population density). The research variables we use in this study are Slums; Population density; Width of the Road Environment; Drainage Conditions; Waste Water Management; Clean water supply; Building Layout; and Building Status. In this study, the data collection techniques used were Multi-Stage Sampling, namely: area sampling technique; proportional sampling technique; and simple random sampling. The analytical approach used in this research is to use a quantitative approach, using the Chi-Square method. The results of this study found that the cause of the development of slums in the Tallo District of Makassar City was population growth that continued to increase each year. This shows that the allotment of land functions in Tallo Kelurahan, besides functioning as a settlement function, many also function as warehousing, so that Tallo Kelurahan is classified as moderate density, with population growth increasing every year.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>12</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>1917</first_page> <last_page>1921</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijitee.B6315.129219</doi> <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/B6315129219/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Conversational Chatbot with Attention Model</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering in SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram part- Vadapalani Campus, Chennai, India.</organization> <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Purushothaman</given_name> <surname>Srikanth*</surname> </person_name> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <surname>Ushitaasree</surname> </person_name> <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering in SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram part- Vadapalani Campus, Chennai, India.</organization> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Dr. G. Though Ranchi is blessed with prominent monsoon with an average rainfall of around 1430 mm; it experiences water scarcity in off monsoon seasons. Artificial recharge technique such as rainwater harvesting is essential to increase the groundwater level and to maintain the quality of water. The technique can be used effectively to trap the unutilized surface runoff and thereby increase the groundwater level. The present study has been conducted in the campus of a technical college in Ranchi, the capital city of Jharkhand state of India. The objective of this study is to demonstrate a simple but generally applicable water-harvesting model with finding pore points. Global positioning system was used for the survey, and ArcMap 10.1 software was used for the spatial analysis. The prominent sites were located by overlaying thematic maps of land use, soil, slope, runoff potential, soil permeability and stream order. Past research studies on hybrid concrete endorsed optimum utilization of steel fibers (1.5% by volume) as it effectively contributed to improve flexural properties of reinforced concrete members such as R.C beams and slabs .But the contribution of fibers against shear resistance mechanism of R.C beams are not identified well in the previous research. In this context an experimental program was conducted to find Shear contribution and associated Parameters of fibers in the Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete (SFRC) beams. A series of test programmes are conducted on three full scale reinforced concrete beams (NSF: No steel fibers, BSF1: Steel fibers in shear span, BSF2: Steel fibers in full span) with different configuration of shear reinforcement by using varied range of SFRC in the tested beam. The test results evaluated on the basis of strength and durability aspects at service loads and limit of failure conditions. The results concluded that the presence of steel fibers in reinforced concrete beam significantly contributed to induce shear resistance mechanism and ductile property of R.C beam. This improvement observed in BSF2, when the SFRC constituted in shear span region and the rest of R.C beam arranged with minimum conventional stirrups as shear reinforcement. Further the steel fibers possess good compatibility with concrete and steel reinforcement ,which enhance mechanical and serviceability conditions of R.C beam such as shear strength, ductility, stiffness with respect to strength and deflection, crack width during serviceability conditions of the beam.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>12</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>345</first_page>     <last_page>350</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.B6346.129219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/B6346129219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Seismic Fragility Curves for RC Flat Slab Buildings with and Without Infill</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>M.Tech, Structural engineering, Anurag Group of Institutions (An Autonomous Institution), Venkatapur, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Gurujala</given_name>      <surname>Jeshwanth*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. B.</given_name>       <surname>Narender</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Associate Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, Anurag Group of Institutions (An Autonomous Institution), Venkatapur, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.</organization>   </contributors>
Rapid urbanization leads to more demand for construction of commercial buildings in Indian cities. The ease construction and more space demand of buildings are constrained in conventional buildings. To overcome constrained, the flat slab buildings evolved and practiced recent time in urban cities. It is becoming more popular for multistoried commercial buildings but experiences larger displacements under lateral load effect caused by earthquakes. These buildings need urgent to assess the vulnerability of buildings. In this fragility analysis is carried out, and it is useful for the evaluation of the probability of structural damage due to earthquakes as a function of ground motion indices. This paper is an attempt made to develop the fragility curves for seven-storey RC commercial buildings and a comparison made between the bare frame, flat slab, flat slab with drop, flat slab with drop and perimeter beam buildings without and with exterior infill walls. The building models are analyzed using ETABS software and designed as per IS 456. In this, infills are considered along the perimeter of the plan of the building and no infill in ground storey. The infill wall is modelled as equivalent diagonal strut model. The Auto hinges are assigned for both beam and column members. Pushover analysis has been performed on the building models using ETABS software. Yield and ultimate spectral displacement and spectral acceleration are obtained from capacity curves. For the development of fragility curves, HAZUS methodology has been used. Fragility curves are developed for all the eight building models and compared the probability of damage of structures for bare frames and open ground storey buildings. In this assumed, the expected intensity ground motion is considered as seismic zone PGA values. It is observed that in considered flat slab models, flat slab with drop and perimeter beam building is showing minimum probability of damage results in both with and without infill for given intensities.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>12</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>3541</first_page>     <last_page>3447</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.B6347.129219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/B6347129219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article><!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Exploration and Performance Assessment of Efficient Histopathology Image Pre-Processing and Segmentation Techniques for Breast Cancer Prediction</title>   </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Research Scholar, Institute of Engineering and Technology, DAVV Indore, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Vandana</given_name>      <surname>Kate*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Pragya</given_name>       <surname>Shukla</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Associate Prof., Instutute of Engineering and Technology, DAVV Indore, India.</organization>   </contributors>
Evaluation of features after segmentation is a significant process in image processing, especially in the medical field. Medical imaging technologies are widely utilized in clinical diagnosis to guide therapeutic and surgical decisions and to monitor disease advancement, understanding occurrence and re-occurrence of infection and view treatment response. Among all cancer kinds, Breast Cancer (BC) now-a-days has turn out to be a common form of cancer amongst ladies around the world and is the second common cause of most cancers deaths. At present, there aren't any powerful methods to save you and remedy breast cancer, because its cause is not absolutely known. Early detection is the most effective way to enhance breast cancer survivals and might deliver a better hazard of full healing. The main motive of this paper is to implement various efficient image segmentation techniques after preprocessing histopathology BC images of different magnification level and exhaustively compare them to achieve best results. We analyze the outcomes of widely used edge detection based image segmentation methods such as Adaptive K-Means, Multi Class Fuzzy C-Means, Canny, Gabor filter and Homogeneity based PSO and evaluate them via metrics which includes accuracy, precision, recall and F-degree. Various preprocessing strategies like histogram equalization (HE), Adaptive equalization (AE) and Contrast Stretching (CS) are compared and used to enhance the performance of above segmentation methods. Contrast Improvement Index (CII) is chosen as a selection criteria for preprocessed image. Finally one vs. all multiclass SVM classifier is used for BC image classification. Our implementation uses breast cancer dataset having two classes as benign and malignant each in turn having four sub-classes. Images of different magnification levels such as 40x, 100x, 200x and 400x, are considered for BC detection.
  <publication_date media_type='online'> <month>12</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>351</first_page> <last_page>357</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijitee.B6349.129219</doi> <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/B6349129219/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article>
