Since there is a huge evolution in the health sector because of development in computer technologies, it is possible to analyze images efficiently and make correct decisions. Deep learning algorithms can be used for analyzing dermoscopic images by learning features of images in an incremental manner. Aim of our proposed method is to categorize skin lesion image as Benign or Melanoma and also to study the performance of Convolutional Neural Network algorithm using data augmentation technique and without data augmentation technique. The proposed method uses dataset from ISIC archive 2019. Steps involved in the proposed method are Image Pre-Processing, Image Segmentation and Image Classification. Initially, Image Pre-Processing algorithm is performed on skin lesion image. Image Segmentation algorithm is used to obtain Region of Interest (ROI) from pre-processed image. Then, Convolutional Neural Network algorithm classifies image as melanoma or benign. The Proposed method can rapidly detect melanoma skin cancer which aids in starting the treatment process without delay.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>05</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2020</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>115</first_page>     <last_page>118</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.F4636.059720</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/F4636049620/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Driver Distraction System using Face, Eye, Yawn And Pulse Detection</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering at SRM Institute of Science and Technology.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>R.</given_name>      <surname>Naresh*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dhruvil</given_name>       <surname>Patel</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Pursuing Bachelor of Technology, Computer Science and Engineering at SRM Institute of Science and Technology.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Aaryan</given_name>       <surname>Krishna</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Pursuing Bachelor of Technology, Computer Science and Engineering at SRM Institute of Science and Technology.</organization>   </contributors>
Secure car driving is an important entity for safety and is the first priority for any automobile driver and is the main reason for designing a system which captures the state of the drivers eyes and his/her facial variations combined with pulse fluctuations, altogether they gives us parameters to decide whether the driver should be notified or not. The durability of the structure is affected by the choice of the construction material only .But here our main focus is not only to increase the durability but we are also aiming towards increasing the strength of the structure which can be achieved by the confinement of the column. Studies shows that by confining the column, its strength can be increased significantly. From durability point of view, we have carried out the complete replacement of the natural coarse aggregate with the recycled aggregate in order to know its properties and suitability as a replacement material and to promote the idea of sustainable development. In the present paper, an experimental study is presented regarding the load carrying capacity of the unplasticized poly vinyl chloride (U-PVC) confined columns subjected to axial compressive load. The cylinders that are used for this study are M20 grade concrete cylinders which are made using the recycled coarse aggregates. The cylinders are confined using the U-PVC pipes of 2.5mm &amp; 3.5mm thickness and epoxy resin was used to increase the bond strength between the concrete cylinders &amp; the U-PVC pipes. The cylinders that are used in this study are of length 300mm &amp; diameter 150mm. The concrete used in study are designed as per the latest versions of Indian Standard Code of Practice and are prepared after running various trial mixes. A total of 9 specimens were casted for this study out of which 6 specimens were confined using U-PVC pipes while the other 3 specimens were unconfined. The specimens were subjected to gradual compressive load in universal testing machine (UTM) upto the failure and the results were recorded. The results indicated significant increase in the load carrying capacity of the confined columns as compared to the unconfined columns.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>05</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2020</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>119</first_page>     <last_page>124</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.F4739.059720</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/F4739049620/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Upgraded Web Architecture for Mail Security and Customization</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, Sri Shakthi Institute of Engineering and Technology Coimbatore Tamil Nadu, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Ramachandran</given_name>      <surname>V*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Sangeeth</given_name>       <surname>P</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Student, Computer Science and Engineering from Sri Shakthi Institute of Engineering and Technology, BE, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Shabesh</given_name>       <surname>R M</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Student, Computer Science and Engineering from Sri Shakthi Institute of Engineering and Technology, BE, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Yashvanth</given_name>       <surname>R P</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Student, Computer Science and Engineering from Sri Shakthi Institute of Engineering and Technology, BE, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.</organization>   </contributors>
Here we are presenting a made sure about DNS with upgraded database which underpins on cloud mail server. Terrestrial WSN use Global Positioning System (GPS) to locate the nodes, but the same cannot be applied for UWSN as they do not propagate under water. Underwater uses acoustic channel for communication which suffers from low bandwidth, high propagation delay, high bit error rate, high node mobility and variable sound speed which makes localization a challenging task. Hence there is an evolving requirement for energy efficient localization algorithm. To overcome these problems we propose an Energy Efficient Cluster Based Localization Algorithm (EECBLA) to minimize the energy utilization and identify an accurate location of the sensor nodes. EECBLA is a cluster based localization protocol where the GPS enabled high power anchor nodes are utilized to estimate the location of the un localized sensor nodes. To improve the localization accuracy it is necessary to improve the network connectivity. Network connectivity can be improved by increasing the lifetime of the sensor nodes. EECBLA proposes an energy efficient localization scheme where the node operates in active and sleep mode to efficiently utilize the available energy. In this research work we take a sample example and demonstrate how the location is estimated through TOA and Euclidean distance. Accuracy of TOA is measured as 8.36, 4.76, 13.21, 14.85, 16.26 and 3.60. The average estimated localization error of EECBLA is around 4m to 6m. EECBLA localization error is compared with other localization algorithms like 3DUL whose average localization error is 5m to 10m, SDMA whose average localization error is around 24% and localization error of Hybrid RSS ranges from 4.69m to 15.85m. When compared with these methodologies there is a decrease in localization error by 3%, and the increase in accuracy by 5% in EECBLA protocol.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>05</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2020</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>37</first_page>     <last_page>42</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.G4861.059720</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/G4861059720/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Influence of Cyber Security on Social Networks</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Application, TN.D.A.L.U, India</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Dr. R.</given_name>      <surname>Varalakshmi*</surname>    </person_name>  </contributors>
In the 21st century, Media technology plays a vital role in every individual’s life. Control plane has the complete decision making logic and the forwarding plane is restricted to just follow the instructions given by control panel i.e. it is concerned with just forwarding the data. This part of decision making in the control plane is looked after by the Controller, so it is the most important component of the SDN. Depending upon the main objective of the created network a wise selection of the controller is important so that it can provide maximum performance for the said objective. Depending upon the need, if a right controller is selected it will give more enhanced performance as compared to a randomly selected controlled which is not made for the said objective. In this paper four Java based controllers namely Beacon, OpenDaylight, Floodlight and ONOS have been taken and their suitability has been checked for the performance measuring parameters namely throughput, jitter, packet loss and latency in TCP and UDP traffic of the network. Out of these four controllers, two controllers namely ONOS and OpenDaylight are distributed controllers whereas Beacon and Floodlight are centralized controllers. All the controllers have been run in centralized manner one at a time and the performance measuring parameters have been evaluated for TCP and UDP traffic. Logic behind running distributed controllers in centralized manner is to compare their performance with pure centralized controllers if they are run in centralized manner. TCP is a connection oriented protocol and due to its property of error checking, packet retransmission, congestion control mechanism etc measurement of throughput in TCP traffic is more important than measuring it for UDP traffic so throughput has been checked in TCP traffic. UDP is connection less data transmission protocol which is basically used with the applications which send data sporadically or send stream data where small amount of data loss can be accepted. So, two parameters concerned with UPD traffic namely jitter and packet loss have been evaluated with UDP traffic of the network. It has been analysed that Floodlight is performing best for throughput in TCP traffic when the size of the network is increasing. In case of jitter and delay ODL is performing best in UDP traffic. In case of Packet Loss Beacon is best. Mininet has been used as emulator to create the tree networks of different depths. iperf has been used as TCP and UDP traffic generator.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>05</month> <day>30</day> <year>2020</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>268</first_page> <last_page>274</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijitee.G4868.059720</doi> <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/G4868059720/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Characterization and CFD Analysis of Traditional Vessels of Kerala</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Civil Engineering, National Institute of Technology Calicut, Calicut, India.</organization> <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>B Venkata</given_name> <surname>Subbaiah*</surname> </person_name> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Santosh G</given_name> <surname>Thampi</surname> </person_name> <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Civil Engineering, National Institute of Technology Calicut, Calicut, India.</organization> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Nimma</given_name> <surname>Rambabu</surname> </person_name> <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Civil Engineering, National Institute of Technology Calicut, Calicut, India.</organization> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>V</given_name> <surname>Mustafa</surname> </person_name> <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Civil Engineering, National Institute of Technology Calicut, Calicut, India.</organization> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>M Abdul</given_name> <surname>Akbar</surname> </person_name> <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Civil Engineering, Dr. B.R. Ideal draft from wave cut analysis, estimation of drag forces, pressure and velocity contours on the surface of the hulls has been studied using a proposed 3-D model. The CFD package SHIPFLOW 5.1® has been used for the hydrodynamic analysis of ship/vessel in this work. The wave-elevation vectors (Kelvin wave pattern) at different Froude numbers and the different draft has been evaluated along the length of the vessel. The results show that that out of the total drag force experienced by a Snake boat at the ideal draft, 66.8% is attributed to the frictional drag and only 33.2% is wave-making resistance drag. These values change to 73.1% and 26.9% respectively for Uru and 23.7% and 76.3% for a Houseboat. With regards to the magnitude of resistance drag values, the total resistance experience by an Uru when compared to Snake boat and Houseboat are 30.16 and 1.17 times respectively. It has also been found that the presence of the skeg improves the hydrodynamic performance of the Houseboat considerably. The findings will be useful to design these boats considering its specific applications.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>05</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2020</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>132</first_page>     <last_page>149</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.G4874.059720</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/G4874059720/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Simple and Effective Algorithm for Battery Assisted Quasi Z-Source Inverter for Standalone PV-Pumping Systems</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Electrical engineering department, college of engineering, Qassim University, KSA.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Saad A.</given_name>      <surname>Eltarfawi*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Ahmed A.</given_name>       <surname>Mahfouz</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Electrical engineering department, college of engineering, Qassim University, KSA.</organization>   </contributors>
A QZSI with an energy storage system is developed for standalone applications. For this we are trying to design a tool for early detection of glaucoma. In this paper glaucoma detection is based on the algorithm of retinal fundus images[1]. A supervised techniques for the detection of glaucoma is used. For the extraction of the features of the images we used PCA(principal component analysis). And for the classification support vectors are used. It shows mainly an artificial intelligent system for the segmentation of optic disk and cup. The accuracy of this model is comparatively much more greater than previously designed neural architectures.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>05</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2020</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>336</first_page>     <last_page>339</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.G4879.059720</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/G4879059720/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article><!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Scheduling and Cost Optimization of Multi-Storey Building</title>   </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Assistant professor, Department of Civil Engineering, Christian College of Engineering and Technology, Dindigual, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Abiraami.</given_name>      <surname>R*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Johnpaul.</given_name>       <surname>V</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, Karpagam Academy of Higher Education, Coimbatore, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. R.</given_name>       <surname>Anuradha</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Professor, Department of civil engineering, SNS college of technology, Coimbatore, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Kalaivaani</given_name>       <surname>R</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Assistant professor, Department of civil engineering, Sri Ranganathar institute of engineering and Technology, Coimbatore, India.</organization>   </contributors>
Now a days construction gets delayed in the site due to the factors such as inefficient management, design issues, economic variation, coordination failure between time schedule and execution etc. The major problem faced by the construction sector is not able to manage the fund allocated for the work and not able to complete the work in targeted days. This can be overcome by the implementation of scheduling and cost optimization process in the construction field. Scheduling is a critical component of successful time management. Optimizing cost should be carried out to aware the building cost is kept within the estimated cost limits .This paper deals with scheduling of multi-story building and cost effective method to find required cost for completion of the project. On going project is located at Nagar Kovil and Manual scheduling data collected from the site. Scheduling of the project is done with primavera p6 software. Cost required for the project is also computed with primaveraP6 software. For reducing the cost of the project, required actions are taken. The cost is reduced by proper using of resources, such as manpower, materials and machines. Computerized scheduling provides clear scheduling data for execution of the project. Cost required for the project execution is also reduced with proper scheduling process. Cost is optimized by using a dynamic programming method. Microsoft excel is used for dynamic method of cost optimization. In this project cost is considerably reduced by using the dynamic programming method of cost optimization techniques.
  <publication_date media_type='online'> <month>05</month> <day>30</day> <year>2020</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>75</first_page> <last_page>80</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijitee.G4890.059720</doi> <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/G4890059720/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article>
