This paper explores the option of using machine learning algorithm to solve this problem. Unfortunately, our training dataset is highly imbalanced. Where 96% of alerting data is reported by 24% of alerting sources. This is the expected dataset in any live distributed virtualized environment, where new version of device will have relatively less alert compared to older devices. Any classification effort with such imbalanced dataset present different set of challenges compared to binary classification. This type of skewed data distribution makes conventional machine learning less effective, especially while predicting the minority device type alerts. Our challenge is to build a robust model which can cope with this imbalanced dataset and achieves relative high level of prediction accuracy. This research work stared with traditional regression and classification algorithms using bag of words model. Then word2vec and doc2vec models are used to represent the words in vector formats, which preserve the sematic meaning of the sentence. With this alerting text with similar message will have same vector form representation. This vectorized alerting text is used with Logistic Regression for model building. This yields better accuracy, but the model is relatively complex and demand more computational resources. Finally, simple neural network is used for this multi-class text classification problem domain by using keras and tensorflow libraries. A simple two layered neural network yielded 99 % accuracy, even though our training dataset was not balanced. This paper goes through the qualitative evaluation of the different machine learning algorithms and their respective result. Finally, two layered deep learning algorithms is selected as final solution, since it takes relatively less resource and time with better accuracy values.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>07</month> <day>30</day> <year>2020</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>1</first_page> <last_page>10</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijitee.D1526.079920</doi> <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/D1526029420/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Staturo-weight Profile of Sickle Cell Children (Kenitra, Morocco)</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Laboratory of Biotechnology and Environment,Biology department,Faculty of Sciences,IbnTofail University,BP.</organization> <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>A.</given_name> <surname>Belala*</surname> </person_name> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>I.</given_name> <surname>Marc</surname> </person_name> <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Laboratory of Biotechnology and Environment,Biology department,Faculty of Sciences,IbnTofail University,BP.</organization> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>S.</given_name> <surname>Sadek</surname> </person_name> <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Laboratory of Biotechnology and Environment,Biology department,Faculty of Sciences,IbnTofail University,BP.</organization> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>D.</given_name> <surname>Belghyti</surname> </person_name> <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Laboratory of Biotechnology and Environment,Biology department,Faculty of Sciences,IbnTofail University,BP.</organization> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>K. In Morocco, the whole epidemiology of hemoglobinopathies remains unidentified. The World Health Organization “WHO” estimates that in Morocco up to 6.5% are infected; A fact which suggests the existence of 30,000 cases of major forms of Thalassemia and sickle cell disease in Morocco. Several unpublished studies conducted by the Hospital for children of the universuty hospital center have shown that northwestern Morocco is a favorite haemoglobinopathies area and that the Gharb Chrarda Beni Hssein region (GCBH), seems the most affected region especially at the level of Kenitra city, at the commune of Mnasra which is a hotbed of thalassemia. The objective of this study was to evaluate the changes induced by the sickle cell disease on the growth of weight loss of sickle cell children and to assess their interaction with certain disease severity factors. The study is based on a sample of 32 sickle cell patients who are hospitalized at the pediatric level between 2012 and 2015 in the Kénitra provincial hospital. The results confirm unstable prevalence of the weight-of-weight status of the population according to the 2007 WHO growth references for the 1-month-61 month age group, with a prevalence of 21.73 % (N = 5), The study also revealed that meagerness affects 8.69% (N = 2), while overweight attains 0%. Based on these results, it was concluded that stool-weight loss is more severe in sickle cell children than normal children in comparison with the results of the study by Aboussaleh [2], El Hioui [3] ,and Sbaibi [ 4].
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>07</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2020</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>97</first_page>     <last_page>100</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijitee.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijitee.E2529.079920</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijitee.org/portfolio-item/E2529039520/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article><!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Establishment of Solar –Wind –Biogas –BESS Based Hybrid Micro-grid</title>   </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>mechanical department, RKDF University, Bhopal, INDIA.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Neeraj</given_name>      <surname>Kumar*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Sachin</given_name>       <surname>Tiwari</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>electrical department, Lakshmi narain college of technology, Bhopal, INDIA.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>V.
