Abstract: Conference halls contain a variety of technology tools that allows one to host productive meetings. The developed python-kivy based automation system allows all of these technologies to work in unison and be controlled through one Graphical User Interface based device. It can control electrical equipment like lights, fans, sound system and projector, and also controls the presentation slides by taking input from a touch screen. This device makes conferences/seminars more productive and efficient.
