Abstract: The tidal dynamics along the coastal region has more influence in the in the coastal physical and biological processes. The identifications of major tidal components can use to assess the influences of tides and can use to predict the tide along the coast. The present study focuses on comprehensive tidal analysis in the western coast of the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The harmonic analysis carried out to extract tidal constituents in spatially along the coast. Time series data collected from the coastal stations along the western coast of the Saudi Arabia used for tidal analysis. T_TIDE analyses were performed for extracting the tidal constituents. The study reveals the variations of tidal constituents in amplitudes and phases. The analysis well predicted water levels and it verified with field conditions.
