Abstract: Nowadays the flow of information through social media increase rapidly because the publish information never has easier than now using different types of platforms that are easily obtainable. This process make challenge to whom concern of the content shared in the social media. Also the massive amount of these information let the job of data scientist more difficult to analyze, filters and diagnose of the data and bring meaningful results. In this paper we covered the process of the whole stages of the ability to gathering, sorted and analyze data from social media and methods till now available and purposed the new method collecting is to find out the efficacy of Shura Members and how the use Social media to represent their thoughts and connect to citizens. The aims of this research is to make easy to use gathering information and use it in different way for any organization.
