Abstract: IThe radar clutter removal and life signal detection is required when natural or manmade calamities occur and there is need to detect the presence of trapped humans trapped in fallen buildings. This paper contributes in simple experimentation strategy which involves clutter removal and life signal detection starting from radar pulses transmitting and receiving simulation. The simulation is carried out and simple processing aspect is given for analyzing and finalizing the requirements of radar experimentation by considering existing techniques available in the field.
