Abstract: Followers are necessary for a leader yet workforce training, organizational development programs and higher education focus only on leadership skills with little attention to followers. The perception and role of follower is changing due to social media. A literature review finds that followers have variety in their styles with skills that not only benefit the leader but the organization. Organizations should invest in training to develop the knowledge, skills and abilities of followers and capture the best practices of the critically thinking and engaged followers as well as integrate followership skills into workplace training, organizational development and higher education.

Abstract: According to the Rainforest Foundation USA, Oil drilling and exploration may cause massive deforestation and dangerous poisons directly pumped into the natural environment, but the drilling and exploration simultaneously generate business activity across a spectrum of industries which may leads improvement in the economic situation. This study has been taken into consideration the top five Indian companies by their market capitalisation, which is specifically into oil drilling and exploration business. The growth of these companies has analysed by using the most famous and reliable technical indicator, Wilder’s Relative Strength Index (RSI) to explain the movement of their stock values. If RSI shows a value less than 30, it indicates that the stock or index is in the oversold territory (It’s stock price indicate internal strength of Stocks), while a value higher than 70 suggests an overbought status. The result findings from the stock analysis of top five oil drilling and exploration companies are up to the mark and show the balanced growth of these organisations besides all the adverse effects of oil drilling and exploration as they are performing well by keeping in view all the suggestive measures for the benefit of India’s economic environment.

Abstract: Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) has attracted a large number of researchers and many of them have contributed significant work regarding brain function mapping. The fMRI experiments are used to identify the abnormal functional connectivity (AFC) and dynamic functional connectivity (DFC). Many abnormalities are also detected by blood oxygen level dependent BOLD-fMRI. MRI and fMRI are two different sides of a coin. Both these techniques shall be helpful for the diagnosis if corresponding images elucidate the significant facts. Visualization of particular structure obtained in MRI and fMRI in order to analyze the abnormality, can be enhanced by proper image processing techniques. Hence, researchers have developed various technique and algorithms so as to yield perfect conclusion with regard to MRI and fMRI scan. The detailed review of the analysis of fMRI in order to understand and analyze fMRI scans are explored in this research paper.

Abstract: For communication now days we are having so many transmission mediums in modern communication system. Electromagnetic technologies such as light, magnetic, electric and magnetic fields are also a part of wireless communication. This paper discusses the evolution of mobile networks over the years and their development compared to their previous generation counterparts. In the past 40 years’ wireless mobile technologies have evolved namely from 1G to 5G. At present the world is looking towards 4G and 5G wireless communication technology.

Abstract: Machine Learning is an interesting research area in computer science which changes the thoughts of human to machines. It is mainly used for data analysis that plays a vital role in many application areas where more data is generated and need to turn that data into useful information. This paper focuses on different application domains of machine learning algorithms. The paper explains use of ML algorithms in various domains such as medical context, manufacturing, text processing in information retrieval, big data analytics, Internet of Things and in research etc. The paper focusses on different application domains where machine learning recently used for analyzing the data and for producing different patterns which are very useful in making decisions. In medical field the patterns are used for better diagnosis, in manufacturing they can be used for verifying the machine condition and also used for fault diagnosis. Big data analysis is the thrust research area where usage of machine learning models increases the performance. The machine learning algorithms not only used in these application areas they can also be used in different domains such as marketing, in financial sectors and other areas where we have more data and immediate need of turning that data into useful information. By using machine learning algorithms in these domains, we can do 100% accurate predictions.
