Abstract: : Cloud transmission services provide a capable, flexible, and scalable a series of calculations method and offer an elucidation for the user demands of high quality and range of hypermedia system. Generally speaking, accessing hypermedia system video services through a large system is no longer a problem. The major video platforms, such as You tube and Amazon, have good management styles and provide users to share using more than one medium videos easily with enlarge services.
